McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

So McDonald's has the app, and I used it. I would receive a free happy meal. I told the person I had a code she told me 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal I said no I would like a hamburger she stated to me that with the app your only allowed to get the chicken nuggets now in the app it states any kids meal is eligible. Also I have been to other McDonald's never had an issue this is for the management go over with your employee's on what is and not allowed on the app because getting the chicken kids meal was not the problem problem was when the person catched an attitude with me about the kids meal so would I come back that is a NO! Drive thru back in the days was 1 min or less now they take 10 mins and with attitude. It's fast food if I wanted to be in waiting for more than 10 mins I would sit in a fancy restaurant McDonald's is not fancy I believe all us a customer wants fast curtious service I know all customer are not nice but we can't treat all...

If I could have gave a zero review that's what I would have gave. I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. Employee with red and black brades in her hair is very rude. I was waiting for a ice coffee when she opened her mouth and told me that I am weird for standing by the counter to accept items. Employees says she just graduated from high school and does care how she talks to people or treat customers. Store manager allowed employee to continue to speak reckless and the manager actually started to gang up on me telling me I was wrong when I did not even engage with the rudeness of the young employee with the black and red braids in her hair. I was politely waiting for my mobile order which was only a ice coffee which took over 15 minutes to make.
