McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Awful, that is the first word that comes to mind in my experience today. I was so excited to snag some food for myself and family today after a lot of work today...but I was so disappointed in the results. I've been to this location multiple times prior.

Rolling to the drive thru...not overly busy...inside lane. One car in front of me...when I see, 1, 2 then 3 cars order on the outside lane before we even move. Well any reasonable human would question this occurrence. Why is that lane ordering ahead of us while we sit here??

The lady in front of us finally gets to order. OK, I'm good, let's get this train rolling. I'm hungry and everyone at home has already texted me their orders...so ...They are anticipating greatest.

During this time someone who works in this establishment...chimes in, "One moment please" over the intercom... OK, so someone breathing is working right now.

Well, it happens again. The outside line (While I am sitting there ready to order) 1, 2, 3, and FOUR cars order...I am a patience man...but What in The Hell??

I just can't wrap my head around what is happening here. Did the outside line pay extra? Maybe they have an inside track via DraftKings that has afforded them special placement for McDonald's ordering. I just do not have the answer.

At this point, I've had enough. I'm not pleased, HUNGRY and honestly, have had enough. I left, without ordering. I do not plan to ever spend any more of my money at McDonalds. This was so disrespectful...and I really can't understand what the issue was. Why did the outside have so much of a preference? So odd...

I walked in noticed 5 tables with their numbers waiting on food, no biggie, tons cars in drive thru, BUT this establishment and every staff member managers included only did drive thru and delivery orders not one inside order was every done the 35 min i spent there!!! After 20 min not too busy... All wirkers ignored everyone in lobby, i finally said excuse me i need a refund please all 7 looked at me stared then ignored me, this happened 3 times i asked, even asked gor manager and 2 looked at me gave dirry looks n ignored me, i am a manager at a fast food establishment and this is not allowed nor does anyone wait 20+ min for food(if i waited 25 min before complaining wonder how long the 6 tables had been waiting?) and we have 4 people on shifts and nobody waits that long its FAST food!! We got our food from olive garden in 15 min!!! This is the worst mcds in town and the staff is rude, young manager who did my refund was rude, gave dirty looks, rolled her eyes ect said they were busy i said u guys are ignoring people in ur lobby and have been the 30 min j was there, then she said they short staffed j said honey i work with 4ppl every shift and nobody waits that long ever!! 30-45 min for fast food mcds at that, someone needs to fix the management for allowing this and the staff clearly you guys need new staff completely or learn to teach better cuz thats the worst customer service ever!!! This owner should be ashamed completely!!!!! Only go to this mcds if you go through drive thru do not go inside u will be waiting while they tend to every car in drive...

As a handy Cap Decal person with legal handy cap parking spot. Was request to move my parked truck in a Handicapped parking spot when trying to eat my morning breakfast and park my auto to another spot by McDonald’s employees and not being able to hear correctly my friend that by me ask what car was blocking the 18 wheeler to deliver food drop off. 6 autos had to move there autos. My friend that was with moved my car as me being deaf with hearing aids and bad back knee replacement a 3 severe broken bone repair which is hard to walk. This was a Saturday morning. The next day Sunday after ordering my breakfast, Employee requested I leave and 2 employee requested I leave as there manger said I wasn’t welcome there. While eating my breakfast 4 Charlotte county cops came in a not knowing I had a choice of leaving or going to jail. Mind you 5 police standing around me and not hearing correctly that I had a choice. I was Arrested and went to jail for 9 hours Due to not hearing correctly. Went to another McDonalds and the same manger is at this new location and I was told at this New McDonald’s location the same manger is here and I’ve been told along with they don’t want us 6 other people that we are to loud and political And people are complaining so says mangers told supervisor The Manger that has given us grief is Connie Perry Sorry if I have offended you so severely as...
