As of 1/10/2017 Really hitting bottom. Surprised that this location has been allowed to operate in such a state. I go there periodically, but am known by the staff so they are aware that if they don't do it properly I'll check it in front of them. If they don't fix it I will sit or stand in my spot until their manager comes to the window or counter and fixes it. If the manager is too busy I will contact their regional office the following business day and McDonald's Corporate will get a letter. Thing is that the things that are occurring are because of 1 of 3 things. 1 Management to busy talking on personal calls rather than supervising staff. 2 Salary too low to get good staff or management not flexible to get people to stay. 3 Understaffed because of environment not making a fun work environment. Yes, you really can manage fast food pay people little but have a manager who makes people want to be there because they have fun. Did they spend ,ore on employees? No considering they held their employees 2x longer than other fast food paying the same salary.
**as of 4/2015" This location went on a substantial slide in both quality and accuracy. Not sure what changed, but it has not been for the better.... Unfortunately, down to 3 stars as it is still ok. But the location has definitely lost it's edge.
as of 10/2014 Generally speaking this is one of the better McDonalds in the area. The inside area in kept relatively clean and areas are kept up inside and out. Not to say this location doesn't have it's moments but the regular manager (a very personable lady) keeps the staff in check which has a big impact on the service. A few of the managers I know are there, but are anywhere but with the employees on the line, and it is reflected in the service the customers receive.

Read moreDo not go here!!!! They don't care about the guest. So I went into this McDonald's on 12/2624 @8am.. I waited at the front for about 3 minutes before anyone said hello. A lady finally came up to the front and smiled and said hello. I asked if I see if I could get a hamburger she said no. I said okay that's fine I'll get two egg McMuffins with mayonnaise but I do not want the packages I hate the flavor of the package. She said well I don't have the mayonnaise out yet. Can you please go get it? She said I don't have time to argue with you!. I'm starting yelling to the girl in the back can you put mayonnaise on it. A reply came from the back I don't have it out yet. I said well I'm the only one here and there's no one in the Drive-Thru can you go get it how far can the refrigerator be. She said well it's not out yet and you don't like the mayonnaise packets so....... And she just stood there and stared at me. Again there was nobody in the restaurant eating or waiting in line but me. There were no cars in the Drive-Thru. I said so I got to go somewhere else. She said I guess so on yelled into the microphone don't make those. I'm also going to mention that I'm a white man and I felt that the black woman would have got someone else mayonnaise. McDonald's has probably 15 lb of mayonnaise that they could have easily gotten. Level of attitude and laziness is professional at all. so lazy they can't put mayonnaise on an egg McMuffins. Read moreI placed the order via mobile app and picked it up at the drive through. I checked the bag and it was missing 2 extra Sweet and Sour Sauces which were clearly showing in my check. I never had any issue getting them upon asking, especially because they are in the order, but they are in the check with a 0 value and this time your employee decided to piss me off. They said that I should pay for it and it is not their fault that the check shows 0 dollars, moreover after multiple attempts from my side to settle it, they decided to become rude, refused to give me their name and showed me the middle finger, at which point I think that they should be fired and I really look forward for you to contact me and let me know that they got fired. This person should not work there and treat your customers like this, I have it all on video and Im happy to send it to you. No employee can act like that and keep getting paid for such behavior.
