Very interesting how the Customer Service skills of individuals continue to decline,even after all that the world endures today as a whole. I really believe that the reevaluation of the recruiting process needs to add tools to assist when an individuals character is obviously refined for the purpose of an interview and brought to the light when working with the public.
Isaiah case and point on today, really needs to check himself and understand that his attitude with customers such as myself on today is really unacceptable and needs to not be moved to another store but be reevaluated in a way that he understands that this is not Isaiah's Pawn Shop but Value Pawn Shop that he is supposed to be representing with people from all types of areas and not the mondaine people that he is accustomed to interacting with from his off the clock lifestyle, which obviously shows in how he responded to me no matter what character will always determine your future and should always be reevaluated no matter the industry.
Very unpleasant visit today. Bill the manager actually was able.to assist at the end and of course with a more refined approach to the public, which was very much appreciated.
Nevertheless this behaviour was still unacceptable.
