Pulled into the drive thru tonight was kind of amazed the line was not long there was only 1 car ahead of me and one in the 2nd line so hey! lucky me right? So wrong... Sat there for a few minutes no greeting, nothing. Figured ok maybe they are just catching up waited a bit however, during this time i see the second line is moving cars along after the second car that came after me their order taken i said hello, nothing. After the third car went i said hello, nothing again. Finally someone came out to take the trash out. At this point it was at the LEAST 7 minutes. I asked him if the lane was working he came and said hello to the speaker no answer he went back to the door the manager was by the back he told her what was happening she just walked away we waited some more and both watched another vehicle pass he went back in and walked all the way back and told them finally an answer! Then had to sit in line another 15-20 minutes just to pay. Saw the manager at that window, nothing said to me, no sorry, nothing! I said oh there is cameras there to show someone is there too? She walked away instead of handling the situation the 2nd time! Im normally a very patient person ive worked in the service industry my whole life. This, this was unacceptable. Had someone even recognized i was there i wouldve waited an hour if need be. The fact that i had to go through all of that is the reason i even took out time to write this. I, more than most, understand good workers are hard to find but you also can not have good employees if your managers are not making good examples. Read moreWalked in and the Spanish manager was discipline the employee at the register in front of the customer(how embarrassing) also someone needs to discuss the managers future with McDonald's I as a door Dasher has a very bad experience with the manager she is confirming the orders as complete when they are not and making them 10-20 minutes later I have reported this to door dash her behavior is not accessible as how she treats the couriers her customer service is horrible also a door Dasher drive time starts when they confirm a order causing the order to be late Everytime. Also the last few orders I received filled by her was incorrect confirmed by the customer. Something needs to be done about this. We should not be waiting 30 minutes for a order that was sent 15 minutes before we arrive that's 45 minutes. Not right and I believe the owner can make it right. Update January 3rd 2024 service is getting worse to like normal I rode my bike to McDonald's its a folding bike electric alway bring it in with me the lady was very rude yelled at me and said I need to put it outside seriously I been in there almost everyday with it nothing said it folds to a suit case size I had enough of this McDonald's the manager needs to go we are also boycotting it. Read moreI have been working as a McDonald's Manager for 14 years in Spain and I know the system very closely. Is not the first time that something wrong occur in THIS LOCATION but is the first time that I am going to comment. I never received an exact order. If a sauce is not missing this time , is one sandwich or the chicken nuggets are not fresh.. Today I used the drive thru. It was full and there were two lines open. My daughter in the back seat made the order ( one crispy chicken meal and one chicken nuggets meal) and when we arrived to the last window for pick it up I saw in my receipt that only the chicken sandwich was a meal and the chicken nuggets was with no drink and fries. When I asked if she could sell me one more fries thinking "anyone has an error", the lady answered me that I had to turn around and get in line again . I couldn't believe it. The truth is that I have to get in line and wait another 10 or 15 minutes to order some fries while the food I already have gets cold? Is this the concept of hospitality and the exceptional treatment given to the client? And if this is a rule taken by the restaurant management, do you think that for some fries it is worth creating that feeling of dissatisfaction causing the direct and indirect loss of customers? They should go through at least that part of the manual. And the worst thing is that these things do not harm only at this location but also damage the good name of the brand.
