McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

There were 2 people by the fries and drive thru pick up window and a group of employees hanging at the counters talking about their schedules etc to the point you couldn't get anything from the person(s) on the clock. The girl that took our order who had pig tails and her shirt tied in a knot around her side/back showing her stomach finally got out food.....fries COLD AND HARD/DARK BROWN. The 1/4 lb burger was awful...the grease was dripping off the meat making the bun soggy. It was half hanging off the bun w the cheese into the box. The onions were like big slivers, couldn't eat and the ketchup looked like it was dripped on the bun, watery and barely any. The big Mac was the same...meat and cheese hanging in the box, barely any sauce yet inside of the box and tons of lettuce. The fries had no salt also. The drink station had stuff spilled everywhere on the counters, the drink machines and even on the lids. No napkins or salt/ pepper or ketchup available. Every table was dirty, floors dirty w food on it so you had to choose which one was the cleaner one. Went to get salt only to have to stand there and wait because they were too busy chatting and the girl who took my order was on her phone. Finally I said excuse me can I have some salt...got some and they continued to conversate. When we left....they all were still chatting along with a blonde haired guy now too but at NO TIME DID ANYONE TRY TO CLEAN THE LOBBY!!!! More important to hang out at the ordering counter. Another lady w her child came in, ordered and when she couldn't find a place to sit left....also her kids meal they forgot the toy!!! Never ever had this happen at this McDonalds. I came from Milton just to eat here because Miltons is awful for the wait time and orders being wrong but sorry I came....I'll take our Milton location back after this horrific experience. This was a total nightmare and totally unexpected. Either you got new staff or no management that cares or checks but to allow this....dressing like You're on the street, hanging out w friends and other employees, talking on your cell and doing NOTHING to clean or stock the inside....wow....I can just imagine what the bath rooms looked like. Oh let's not forget all the full trash...

Just went through the McDonald’s drive thru. I ordered two burgers, 2 fries, and 2 cookies. Got all the way home and realized they never put the burgers in our bag. I tried calling several times but there was a busy signal. I drove all the way back, told them what happened, I get no apology or anything. She tells me to drive to the first window. I get there and she asks for the receipt, which I gave her. She then asks for the bag. ( I don’t understand why they need to see the bag) but I didn’t have the bag. At this point, we are starving and ended up eating the fries and cookies before we went back there. She then tells me to pull to the second window. I get there and another girl hands me a bag in which there is only one burger in there, not two and she’s telling me that both are in the bag but again, only one was in there. Still no apology or anything. She tells me to pull up to the third window, and they finally give me the other burger. I will reiterate, no apology or anything. I’m very annoyed with the situation. I can understand that maybe they have people try to get free food but wasn’t there two extra burgers made that didn’t get put in a bag? (Was my thought process.) I wasn’t lying and the fact I drove all the way home and had to go back and then they aren’t apologetic for making a mistake… never going there again. Horrible customer service and the lady that was in charge of giving me my food needs a different job. She couldn’t put anything in my bag that...

NEGATIVE 0 is the score I rate this location across from WALMART in pace. 4 pm. In the afternoon at McDonald's in front of Walmart in pace. I counted atleast 7 employees most just standing around and the seating area looks like this. When I asked for the manager she was more worried about me taking pictures and told me i wasnt allowed to take a picture of her. I said i never took pictures of you. I took a picture of your dirty lobby. And dirty fountain area. I could understand if it was NOON and they was slammed but this is not exepeptable. She then told me to delete the pictures, I said NO. I will send these to your higher ups of an empty dirty lobby telling me she was short staffed. But there was 2 cars in drive thru and 1 person walked in. Then to have a employee making the food say load she is taking pictures to the manager. I simply said yes i am. The lobby is nasty and we wanted to eat in the restaurant. She said we are short staffed i said doesn't look short staffed to me. You have one leaning around the fry bin talking. The manager was very unprofessional and tossed my bag on the counter and dropped johns cup when he asked for it. And then another employee came out yelling from the back when i was trying to speak to the manager. I am never going back to this McDonald's totally disappointed. DO BETTER. It's sad when we was leaving 2 customers standing at the door as we was leaving followed us out saying i totally...
