Once again, we experienced multiple issues with our order tonight, and at this point, the level of service and quality being provided is unacceptable.
We ordered a large Coke and a large fries with extra salt. While we did receive the large Cokes, the fries were not large, had absolutely no salt, and were old and stale to say the least.
We also requested a large strawberry banana smoothie to go with the large fries as part of the 10-piece McNugget meal. Instead, we were given a small smoothie and medium fries—completely disregarding what we ordered and paid for.
This raises a rhetorical but very important question: If we order large fries with a large smoothie, why are we given a small smoothie and medium fries—without salt—alongside cold, soggy nuggets?
Not only was the order incorrect, but the overall customer service was unacceptable. The employees were busy laughing in the background rather than paying attention to the order being placed. The service quite frankly sucked, as it usually does. If the manager on duty required employees to remain professional, keep quiet, and ensure orders are taken and prepared properly (in English), these issues would not continue happening.
We are paying customers, and yet the food served was cold, soggy, stale, and flat-out nasty—not even warm enough to be considered edible quality. This is not the first time, and clearly, based on the reviews we found when we Googled the restaurant, it is an ongoing and widespread issue. The majority of the reviews highlight the same problems: horrible service, incorrect orders, and a lack of professionalism.
This situation needs to stop immediately. Perhaps the franchise owner should be notified directly, as the management and employees at this location are failing both the brand and its customers.
We are extremely disappointed, disgusted with the service and food quality, and frustrated that these problems persist without correction.

Read moreIts a person by the name of George who works in the window of receiving money and taking orders. Out of all the people there is the rudest person of all. He makes my experience horrible every morning and i only subject going there because it is the nearest to my job. I can honestly say once getting past him i am glad to see all the warm hellos and have a nice day through the second window. Its just crazy you never know what people are going through and the first thing they see is a person of not your color so kind to them but someone who is of my same color is so nasty to me. I promise I try my best to keep my head down and say very little but yesterday and today was enough. Yesterday afternoon I stopped to McDonalds for a lunch break. George took my order but i notice someone came from the road and jumped in front of me and then skipped the window where you are supposed to pay. Moving very fast. I said excuse me two times very nice to him and he replied don’t you dee in taking an order just wait. Yeah i know they probably DoorDash and if they took your food they would just remake it. He didn’t even allow me to tell him what i was getting his attention for. He was very rude and I told the other person in the second window he made me want to cry. I could admit i was already emotional and embarrassed. So the following morning, i went back George took my order and i went to the first window he gave me my total I only said good morning, i could admit i was frazzled from our previous encounter and he replied I already said good morning! I told him i have already called corporate on you , he said yeah whatever you didn’t call corporate. So im reaching out to let people know that this person doesn’t need to be working with customers. Teachers at my school with my color refuse to patronize that business because of George. Not saying he doesn’t need a job but this job isn’t good for him. I ordered $25 worth off food on Uber eats for me and a friend and when I received my "SEALED BAG" and opened it, it was missing my fries which is literally the only thing i eat from Mcdonalds. Frustrated, I still manage to grab my keys and drive to the McDonald's with the same bag that was provided to me by the uber eats driver. When I parked and walked up to the drive thru window, it was a young lady and myself who both walked up to the window for the same reason, missing food. After he proceeds to hand the first young lady her missing item, I then tell him that I ordered from uber eats and drove down to McDonald's just to get my missing fries. Manager then tells me that I am lying and that he did put the fries in the bag and proceeds to ask me "why is the bag open?". How else am I going to know if my food is in there if I don't open the sealed bag...so I didn't understand why he would even ask such a silly question. To be called a liar and not give me the food that i paid for and closed the drive thru window on my face and locked it, I will be writing a letter to corporate for humiliating me and falsely accusing me of lying about some fries. So to the hispanic gentlemen manager between the ages of 60-70 with the glasses who worked on July 8th 2024 between the hours of 200am-230am, you know exactly who you are and you know you were wrong and you're lucky I've matured as a man and left the b.s in the past, if not you would've got punched in your face for the disrespect this morning.
