I received awful customer service from a woman whom identified herself as a manager over the phone, yet refused to disclose her name and even hung up On me, and then refused to answer preceding calls.
I unfortunately chose this McDonald's to grab a quick breakfast for my family, and upon arriving home realized my 5 year olds breakfast was missing. I know notoriously they are known for missing items, and I should have checked before leaving the parking lot, however the whole ordering process had already taken entirely too long as their lobby is closed, and I had to wait in the parking lot for them to prepare my order and bring it out. I had melting ice coffees from Starbucks, and just needed the orders Home.
when I called the store about the mishap, the "manager" was extremely hostile, and even faulted me for "not seeing the large obvious banners outside that explain the lobby is closed", she informed me she was unable to do anything for me if I was unable to return to the restaurant, which obviously wasn't an option at the moment with 2 hungry, aggravated children. I wasn't even offered a later time to come back, I was just hung up on when I asked for her name. I actually had to call a surrounding mcdonalds which provided me the number for corporate and even informed me that that particular McDonald's has had numerous complaints before. I can see why. Hopefully they are able to retrain staff to effectively deal with customers particularly when they are at fault and forget to supply customers with their complete order. However, this particular incident has me ready to contact the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in regards to the worst health code violations I have ever seen. On this day August, 29th 2024 at 6:11pm I had ordered two double cheese burgers with extra onions and extra ketchup. Both burgers did not have any onions on them so I showed the cashier at the windows and politely smiled and asked if i can get two with onions and ketchup and then also extra. He asked for the sandwiches back without gloves on. I thought he was throwing them away to remake them. Ohhh was I wrong. After grabbing my food bare handed he brought the same sandwichs right back, looking horrible i migjt add, with onions all over the sandwich. He would not remake them for me. I told him he didn't have gloves on though and he just stared at me. He could have at least given me the adding on the side in a container. Still, to not remake it? Just I've had enough and I truely feel like this place should be out of buisness for the amount of times I've had things like this happen. I am human and I make mistakes. There's nothing wrong with a mistake happening. To act in the way most of the employees I have met here do when they make a mistake is so unacceptable and inappropriate. Read moreIf I could give -10 stars I would. I ordered by mobile pay and picked up at the counter and ate in store. After ordering, I immediately tried to walk in the restaurant, but 3-4 employees that were off the clock, walked out almost pushing me out of the way. When I got in the restaurant, here they come again just to push their way in front of me and take 5-7 minutes complaining before ordering their food. As I'm walking in I thought to myself is this the corner dive bar or Micky D's? The language was atrocious! Then the girl behind the counter ignored me for about 3-4 minutes before I actually had to kinda yell to the woman bagging food leaning on her hand doing nothing, all while her hair was dragging on the counter. I asked her to please make my iced coffee with like a half of a creamer, she agreed but yeah that was a waste of $3. When I sat down to eat... It was cold and barely distinguishable as a burger. The counter girl comes out to spot sweep and drags the dust pan on the floor the whole time! Extremely annoying! The whole time I'm here the fry timers and nugget and burger timers are going off as well as the drive thru alarm... All while the employees are standing around having a who can swear the most contest!! Annoying as all heck! Get it together people! You should be ashamed! Disgraceful! This would NEVER have been accepted when I worked at McDonald's! NEVER!! Corporate would have shut us down...
