McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

This site was remodeled a couple of years ago. It was a normal site until some corporate genius worked it over. ALL dining room services were removed including drinks, condiments, napkins etc. The traffic pattern was destroyed. There IS NO pattern. No designated line for ordering and no place to wait, and I mean WAIT, for your meal. People just mill around bumping into each other. The genius also redesigned the parking/traffic pattern. Now the “pick up” and “curbside” parking take up about six parking spaces which are seldom used so folks park there anyway. The “peace of resistance” is an arrow pointing the wrong way so “ya’ll caint get thar from here” so folks must race the wrong way to get to the drive up or drive around the entire building to get in line. Most of you are too young to remember an old TV show called Candid Camera with Allan Funt but l still keep looking for the camera because I cannot believe anyone did this on purpose. Most of the experienced people who worked there for years have left. New ones replace them but they soon give up and leave too. I keep wondering how an old company like Mc Donald’s could screw something up so completely. Perhaps practice does not make perfect. I now drive six miles in the morning for my Burrito and senior decaf, one cream,at another McDonald’s. So...

#2 Got me for the second time with the Double Bacon Smokehouse. The first time they gave me a single in a double box (see below). Today I got NO onion strings on my DBS, it effected the flavor more than you would think. All I can assume is the training must be bad for these two screw ups. #1 Stopped on my way home to get a DOUBLE Bacon Smokehouse (incredible burger). Hit the drive thru and ordered burger only to the tune of $7.28, really, McDonalds suggest retail price is $6.39 ? Why do businesses think everyone that lives near The Villages has money, stop gouging us poor people because of area (Walmart does it too). Got my order, says double on the box, take it home only to find a single DBS in the box. Pissed I ate it because I wasn't going to go all the way back to the restaurant when I was home for the day and starving. I'm posting today so you would check your order before you leave this location. I will have to go back to the Colony location as its 2 miles from my home and the second closest location is 9 miles but I'm always going to be mad over this dumb mistake on their part. And finally to all McDonalds everywhere, cook the damn fries ferchristsake, they are supposed to be crisp not...

My wife and I were driving by our local Villages McDonalds and decided to pull into the Drive Through and get two iced Lattes. She wanted hers with non-fat Milk as she always orders, mine with regular milk, nothing special.

We sat at the drive through second window after paid at the first. We sat there for 20 minutes with other cars stacking up behind us. Nobody opened the window or talked to us... Finally a woman I assume to be the shift manager opened the window and yelled at us that nobody had remembered to refill the non-fat milk thing so it was going to be another few minutes and we needed to pull over to the side in front of the building. Already getting angry, we did that. 10 minutes later we're still sitting there. My wife got out of the car to go in a and get a refund of our money. The woman handed her the Lattes and wasn't nice. Rude Terrible attitude as If we did something wrong instead of accepting resp[responsibility and maybe apologizing, which never happened.

I wish I could buy this place just so I could fire these people and give them the bad reference...
