Well this was the last straw. I had to many bad experiences at this mc Donaldâs I just had to write. So this evening not more than 20 min ago I went through the drive through, I ordered simple, a cup of decaf, 4 creams, 3 sugars... only one person in front of me, I pulled up, receiver of payment couldnât find my order, had to âhold onâ , got that squared away after 2 min, pulled up to get coffee, what I received was absolutely disgusting. Itâs a good thing I looked at it FIRST before I drank it. It was really hot so I know they didnât put cream in it. So when I popped of the top I saw swirling particles in what was supposed to be coffee. Didnât look like there was cream in it didnât want to taste to see if it had any sugar. So I had to go to Walmart anyways and I brought that coffee in with me to the mdâs in there. I said I just got this from the mdâs 2 blocks down.. she looked at it and said that was nasty and said I am just now making a pot and I will give you a good cup. She was going on about that nasty coffee and how they shouldnât even sent that out. I was expecting to pay for a new cup since it was not from them and she declined. Thank you so much, that was very nice. And the coffee was too! And the previous visit was to just get an apple pie. Oh I wanted one for 2 days lol had a craving for itđ but went through drive through. Many people in it. They took order, about 5 min get up to pay, paid, went to pickup window, what I received was âwe donât have any ready.â Ummm ok well I will wait. Sorry they wonât be out. WHAT!!??𤏠ok so this is what should of happened, when I ordered they should have said we donât have them ready yet it will be a few min. I would be like okâşď¸ Because it took well over 7 min through that line. But even when I went to pay they didnât say anything about an apple pie issue. I would have not paid and waited in that line if I knew there was an issue. So manager came up and said you can order something else. Well I didnât want anything else. Errrr, So got hot fudge Sunday , and HAD to ASK for the difference in change. No receipt or anything looked like she got it out of her purse. And it was wrong. I didnât care just left all irritated. That was bad management. Every time I go there, there is some sort of issue. I always try to go to the one near 75. They seem to have it together at that one. I usually donât post things unless I think itâs necessary. And yes this truly warrants it. If you do go there you may as well walk in (if you can tolerate the weird aroma) and spend the time to look at order right when you get it ( if they have what you want) and donât leave the counter beforehand. But there were so many more encounters with this place that were sour. Just better off...
   Read moreI have had the most worst experience ever with a McDonald's here at this location. I literally waited 12 minutes for a Big Mac. 12 minutes! Not only did I wait to 12 minutes for the Big Mac but I also waited nearly eight minutes for someone to take my order. The people behind the counter all seems lost and it's not like they were new. They were just lazy and Dazed and Confused. Including the manager who happened to walk up to the front before I took my order who was a Latino woman that looked at me with a very dirty look as she walked up to the register. Anyway I place my order finally and after waiting for my order I decided to fill up my cup for my drink that was given to me. I literally waiting around 4/8 minutes before I actually open my mouth.?. What is the purpose of fast food if it takes longer to receive your food than sitting at a restaurant. I demanded to see a manager because nothing was being done after 10 minutes had passed by. The girl at the register asked for a manager to come see me the manager refused to come out period after 12 minutes had passed I finally received my Big Mac and it was cold and sloppily put together. The manager of this establishment at that time which like I said was a Latino woman needs to be terminated from her employment and never given the opportunity to work for a McDonald's again. There have been quite a few good managers working at McDonald's establishments but this particular location and another one that's on Cortez Road on the way towards Bradenton Beach on 75th Street West should be ashamed of themselves. One of the managers on the one on Cortez Road on 75th Street was so unprofessional she even took her teeth out in front of me. Yes her name was Dawn I believe her last name was miske. McDonald's is definitely falling down the hill and it's a shame that some of these restaurants that are McDonald's that do good business or being affected by locations such as these two I just mentioned I think that this one was probably the worst that I'm writing the review about.    Read moreAt 10:03pm one Sunday I went to this McDonald's. The drive thru line was out to 33rd St. I waited in line a half hour before I got up to the speaker to place my order. It would have been longer if a few drivers hadn't gotten tired of waiting and pulled out of the line. When I got to the speaker, it didn't work. I pulled up to the first window, told the kid the speaker didn't work. I heard no one come on to take my order. He told me that I would have to park my car and come inside. I told him I had been waiting in line over a half hour , and I was not about to park my car and come inside. Besides, I would have to wait at least 10 -15 more minutes to get out of the line because there was at least two cars ahead of me. He kept telling me that I would have to come inside. You would think after waiting that long, the kid would be jumping through hoops to make me happy. Then he said he couldn't help me and closed the window. Then he came back and told me again that I would have to come inside. Then he said they were closing the drive thru. I asked him, you are closing the drive thru with people in line still waiting for food ? According to their web site, this McDonald's drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. I finally got my order after waiting an hour in line. The kid asked me if I would like their phone number so I can call them to complain. I said no. I'm not calling you, I'm writing to your corporate headquarters, which I went home and did. I urge more people who are unhappy with this McDonald's to write to the corporate headquarters.
