McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

We walk in and there is trash all over the floor, all the tables are dirty, there were very few customers in the dining area and no one in line. We go to order our food from someone that has the personality of a dead fish. We waited about 10 minutes for 5 cheeseburgers and a large fry. Ok...whatever right? We go to sit at a table and cant find a clean.one, so we cleaned the table off, threw the last 20 peoples trash away and cleaned some kind of purple juice out of the high chair with napkins that were found on another table because they "were out" of napkins in the dispenser to make room to sit and eat. Cheeseburger #1: Cold as Russian testicles, bread is stale. Cheeseburger #2: Cold as Russian testicles l, bread is stale. Cheeseburger #3,4 and 5: Cold as Russian testicles, bread is stale Fries: Grease dripping off and saltier than my ex-wife after she found out I had another baby. The manager did show her face at one point, I'm pretty sure she tried to do something constructive but I couldn't tell because of the other employees discussing very loudly their drama at the register.

I took pictures...of the restaurant.....not my ex-wife. It was a horrible experience even by McDonalds standards. Go to Wendy's, Burger King, Chic-Fil-A....anywhere at all but don't come here and expect to...

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with leaf lettuce which I had to pay $0.40 for... it came with shredded lettuce not leaf. After waiting 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge why I was standing at the counter, manager finally appeared and asked what was wrong and I explained. He explains to the girl that made my sandwich what was wrong (and goes to the back if the store) and I stand for there for another 10 minutes watching her make all the orders that came in after mine ... the other female manager asked me if she can help me and I explained my order was wrong and what my order was - with an attitude she hands me a bag -I check the order before walking out the door and it had no cheese- it was wrong again! I asked to speak with the male manager and had to wait another 5 minutes for him to come from the back to tell me he'll make me the sandwich correctly himself,no apology for having to wait,or for the incompetency, etc. It literally took 25 minutes to get one hamburger made correctly ! I know this review is not going to stop people unfortunately...and as I RARELY eat here - I definitely will not be going back! The store owner "B ing the Best" -...

Last Wednesday, I placed a mobile order for this location and went through the drive thru. I gave the lady my mobile order number and she informed me that they had been having trouble with mobile orders all day and she did not have my order. She told me that I would be refunded my money and I would get my points back (I used 6000 points for a Happy Meal). I got my money back, but not my points. I’ve been in contact with McDonalds and going back and forth with them for days. At first they asked for more information and then they asked for screen shots of receipts. All of which I gave them. They keep telling me I won’t get points back, but I should have a credit for a Happy Meal on my account which I don’t. Ten emails later and they say they “understand how important it is to have this matter resolved” yet, they are not doing anything to resolve it. What I’m not understanding is why a multibillion dollar company won’t give me my free Happy Meal that I earned and lost because of their system error. This is beyond ridiculous!
