0 stars. Ok so I ordered from here through Uber eats. McDonalds forgot a happy meal. I went to pick it up bc you try handing two toddlers only one happy meal. Not happening. I get there, the young man who initially helped me was super nice. The manager however- so rude. Literally making rude eye contact with me, calling me a liar to her employee. Saying she “did NOT forget my meal”. Just super unprofessional, almost trying to intimidate me by talking to her employee loudly enough that I could hear, instead of just talking to me directly. She went on about how I was wrong for like 10 solid minutes. I mean what’s worse is like, ok, I’ll give you the $5 but just give me another meal. It doesn’t need to be a 20 minute ordeal. BUT. Imagine my delight when another employee finds the second unsent happy meal right under her nose. It’s been sitting at this point for probably 45 minutes, even an hour and she tells the employee “fine just give it to her”. And her actual subordinate says no!!!!! He says “I’m not giving her this, it’s been sitting for so long.” She rolls her eyes and disappears to remake the meal. Clearly very irritated by her own mistake but god forbid she is accountable. Lol. All this is happening not 6 feet away from me. And she’s the manager. Completely unable to talk to the customers she’s supposed to be in charge of handling. Gross behavior.
HERES WHERE IT GETS WORSE. Both of my toddlers got food poisoning from their meals. So to add injury to insult, not only was i called a liar and basically passive aggressively bullied, my 2 and 3 year old got super sick from the food. Did she tamper with children’s food?? Wouldn’t put it past her with her clear issues. Never ever ever again. Shame on me for trying to let them have a fun meal on a Friday night. Won’t ever make this...
Read moreUpon entering the establishment to collect a mobile order, I encountered an unexpected and deeply unpleasant interaction. As I sought to dispose of a small item in the trash, an employee, who was in the midst of mopping the floor, vehemently objected to my action, stating that the facility's trash receptacles were strictly for McDonald's-related refuse only. This confrontation escalated rapidly, with the employee raising their voice in an aggressive manner, compelling me to exit the premises in order to dispose of my trash in an outdoor bin, inconveniently located a significant distance from the door.Upon re-entry, my attempt to address the situation was met with further hostility from the same employee, who continued to loudly berate me over the initial incident. In search of resolution and a measure of understanding, I requested the intervention of a manager. To my dismay, the manager displayed a concerning lack of empathy towards the situation and outright refused to acknowledge the inappropriate behavior exhibited by their staff member. Further adding to my disappointment, my request for a cancellation of my mobile order and a subsequent refund was summarily denied without justification.Feeling undervalued and disrespected, I left my order untouched at the counter and exited the establishment. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, highlighting a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and a troubling tolerance for unprofessional conduct within this...
Read moreNot sure what's going on at this place. They won't take your order at the drive through intercom. They asked us to drive up to the last window to place the order. It took us a very long time to get to the window. Three cars that were in front of us left due to the long wait. When we finally got to the window, we placed our order. The young lady was very nice. She took our order. After approximately five minutes, the young lady at the window and her manager got into a heated argument. The manager asked her to clock out. They argued some more and then finally the manager came to her senses and closed the window, so to prevent us from hearing them arguing. While we waited four cars behind us left due to the long wait. After approximately 12 minutes at the window, the manager came to ask us what did we order. About another 5 minutes we finally got our order. The owner of this McDonald's is losing a lot of money. For every order that gets placed about 3 customers leave without ordering. Let me make it clear that the intercom works. When we pulled up to the intercom the young lady spoke to us through the intercom and told us to drive to the last window. The same was said to other cars that pulled up after us. Just too much of a wait. Won't come here again, at least not for a good while. Thanks...
