The service there is usually good, most of the people there are usually very friendly and perform well on their jobs. The problem is they can never get the coffee right, it's probably due to the machine they're using. I've been very patient with them for a long time on the coffee, and the reason I keep going back for their coffee is because it's usually very good coffee brewed fresh and it's very convenient to pick it up from the drive-thru, I usually do three coffee trips per day there, spending hundreds of dollars a year for my coffee there and because everybody there is polite... Usually. I understand things can happen, mistakes can occur, that's the reason for my patience. However today, I had to skip the line after reordering my coffee four times for not having sugar and cream in it, and go inside as I sometimes do when the line is too long for me to recirculate, I told her that I needed to mix the coffee myself so I can move on. Eventually I got a confrontation with a young manager named Rebecca, according to what other team members told me after the argument I had with her. She looks to be a young Spanish woman. While I was mixing my coffee myself at the front counter I didn't see anywhere to put my wasted sugar packets other than on top of the counter as I mixed my coffee myself.all the while I was arguing with this young lady who seemed to be attacking me for some reason, among the many things she was badgering me about she also reminded me that I needed to pick up my sugar packets because I was rude for leaving them there. I reminded her that I would not be there in the first place if they could mix their coffee right anyway. Unfortunately this escalated the argument and I asked her what was wrong do you not like white people? And she nodded her head know that in fact she did not like white people, I do believe I understand now why some people cannot get their food or drinks prepared correctly. Like I said this has been happening to me for over a year now and it seems to me that it would not be that difficult to put one cream and three sugars in coffee especially on a daily basis. Maybe it's time to have some science printed and stand out front and let the public know who's working inside this McDonald's....
Read moreI ONLY gave this McDonald's ONE star because I HAD to to leave the review to warn EVERYONE to stay clear of this McDonald's (especially at night). We went there this evening and ordered 2 quarter pounders and a large fry. Initially we went through the drive-thru but had to pull into a parking space and park because our two quarter pounders had OBVIOUSLY been sitting for a long time and when ordered they were thrown BACK onto the grill to make hot again (which charred them SO badly that you could rub the burnt meat in between your fingers and it would turn into dust). My husband went inside and spoke to a very nice employee who apologized and then told his "manager" that it needed to be remade and our fries as well (since we ordered them "freshly made" and because of our food not being made correctly and having to be remade again would take time they wouldn't be fresh by then). The fat, nasty, dark haired manager said out loud for anyone to hear, "uh yeah... We'll remake the quarters but I'm not making him no fries. They are fresh enough, if that's not good enough then oh well. He can deal with it." My husband spoke out and confronted her about what she said and she STILL refused to make a fresh fry for us. Therefore, my husband said he wanted a return and he'd go elsewhere. The manager woman said, "since its a debit card I have to take it to the back to issue a refund and you can't come with me." My husband refused that option because we've NEVER had to do that when getting our money back at a McDonald's before. Ever. So in other words she made us pay for AND keep the disgusting food that they made for a 2nd time. I'm contacting corporate first thing Monday. But wanted to warn people of this fat, nasty, ignorant white trash (maybe Hispanic even? Who knows...lol). Talk about the worst experience at a McDonald's EVER. Pretty pathetic excuse for management in my opinion... The employee who was polite and helpful should have her job. That ungrateful and rude woman deserves to sleep with dogs. That's all I have to say about that. Make sure and pay with cash at night...your cards might be compromised if that hobbit is...
Read moreI just went through the drive thru and ordered a Carmel Frappe with extra caramel. I told them twice because I didn’t see it on the broken screen. I repeated my request for extra caramel at the payment window. At the pickup window, no extra caramel. They asked me to pull forward while they remake it. The shift manager Amy doing her best impression of “Karen” brings it and I say I wanted caramel in the cup, please remake it. She says they’d have to charge me twice for extra caramel if they do it that way. So I said okay, please remake it the way I want it and I will pay. So she takes it, turns it upside down in a new cup instead of putting caramel down in the cup and puts a few drops on top. She then says she’s just trying to make sure the employees are doing it correctly. Is caramel really that expensive? Is it worth arguing about? I was polite but told them it wasn’t what I wanted multiple times. I work in customer service on an escalation team. I know people can give workers a hard time, so I don’t act that way. Amy needs an attitude adjustment. Or a name change. It’s just a frappe and I patiently waited to have it remade twice and still didn’t get what I asked for. Oh and there was something gross on the bottom of the cup, picture included to show whip cream at the bottom and whatever that is on the cup. Do I need to bring my own bottle of caramel next time? Wait, probably won’t be a next time, there are other options that are much more pleasant and...
