McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Long story short - Two weeks ago I got food poisoning from THIS McDonalds. I called in sick from work for two days because of me vomiting and having diarrhea. The first night after eating was the worst, but the following days was just me feeling weak, sleepy, and diarrhea. I was close to having my wife drive me to the hospital at one point because the vomiting had gotten so intense.

Longer story - I ordered a double smokehouse burger combo and had everything large-sized. My family ordered some food as well. I had to order from the kiosk because the workers seem too obligated to deal with drive-up orders that I was paid no attention to. I personally hate kiosks and "self-checkout" lanes but that's my own issue. I got my receipt and took a seat with a numbered table-thingy. When my food came, there was no drink for me at all. I told the young girl who brought my food out that my drink was missing and she told me "Just go up to the register and get a cup".... I was a little annoyed by this but thirsty so I went to the register. All of the staff was busy running all over dealing with the drive-up orders and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Another customer who was waiting finally yelled out "I need a cup!" and one of the staff members stopped what they were doing and went to get a cup. I yelled out "I need a large cup!" and luckily they grabbed a large cup while they were already busy getting another cup.

I came back to the table and my wife told me that we were missing other drinks as well but she told me she'd go get them. Five minutes later, my wife came back to the table empty handed and upset because everyone ignored her. I laughed inside a little because of what I had to go through. The young lady who told me to "Do it myself" had approached a table right next to ours and given them their food and so I caught her attention and told her that we needed drinks. It was at this time that I noticed my smokehouse burger was one patty short and I also showed her the receipt (which she took) and left. She did come back this time with everything that I should have received originally and apologized. I did ask for my receipt back and she had to leave for a moment to go retrieve it.

As I was eating my smokehouse burger, I noticed that the sauce was dripping rapidly from the burger. I had never had this burger before so I didn't know what the sauce looked like or how much was typically on it. There was some clear liquid also coming from the burger which I figured may have been cooked burger fat. Overall, the burger tasted good, the bacon was crispy, etc etc.

That night, it felt like there was two stabbing pains in my stomach and the nausea and vomiting was relentless until approximately 4am. I had gotten so dehydrated and dizzy that I blacked out and fell forward hitting my forehead on the floor. Luckily I was on my knees when I blacked out and didn't cause too much damage other than a big bump on my head the next day.

So final takeaway from this...do yourself a favor and just avoid this place. It's ran terribly and the food will quite possibly get you sick. The staff isn't managed well and the food is...

Came in this morning for an iced coffee like I do most mornings. Ordered a French Vanilla. Drive thru worker handed me an iced coffee with just coffee and creamer. I came in to ask if they could remake it for me, young girl behind the counter did my remake and walked off. Tried it before I left, again, just coffee and creamer. I pointed it out and asked again if they could just add some vanilla. Girl who did my remake whispered in a managers ear and laughed about it. Went into the back to grab vanilla, because she didn’t have any at the coffee station? Then proceeded to pump as much vanilla into my coffee as she could. Brought it back to me with a nasty attitude, said she gave me EIGHT pumps??? ( it’s only 3/4 pumps for a large) like it was my fault she knew she didn’t have vanilla and tried to play it off anyway. Laziness? I don’t know. Point is, I just wanted a remake. Simple fix. Please just add vanilla. Instead she laughed about it, like she knew she didn’t even have the ingredients and was hoping I would just accept it and walk off. I understand it’s not costly to buy a coffee, but when I’m nice about it because the world is full of Karen’s, and I literally used to do this job for years, so I get how it can be, and yall just laugh and make me seem like I’m a problem, that’s where it’s an issue. I will forever go to any other McDonald’s in the area, as this is not the first time they’ve done this to me. I don’t like to complain, I really don’t, I just wanted the coffee that I ordered and paid for. Your staff has been consistently disrespectful to not only myself but MANY customers I’ve seen come through here. For the love of god management, please do better. It’s really not a hard job. This Mcdonald's Needs to be SHUT DOWN, it is not worth it to spend $1.00 here, If all McDonalds were like this, they would be long out of business...

We lived in Atlanta, Ga for 4 years, we thought that was the laziest, dirtiest place, were none of the people care, but this place has it beat...

Every time we go there, we think maybe things will be better, but each time, the quality of food, is SICK, old, and the fries are pure grease they look like they have been there for hours. Not to mention, the service takes forever!!

tonights experience was greased over french fries. this time I asked the drive though guy, what you guys do not have any better fries then this? he told me, well you will have to wait for 1 minute, I said fine..

then I get back home, my chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting. my husband ordered a big mac, and he said it tasted like it had been in the freezer forever..

Dont even get me started on the over all quality of mcdonalds fountain soda's, these are SICK at pretty much any mcdonalds you choose, they are watered down, and have a flavor of old in the line, when you are drinking in the straws..

My husband hopes to get sick over this particular big mac, so maybe they will care about QUALITY ASSURANCE, we all work hard for our money, we spent right under $10 on this nasty food, I wish that the corporate Office will see this review, It seems the owner of this McDonalds does not CARE. because if he did, he would read ALL OF THE BAD Reviews on this location!

And get his store clean, healthy with good fresh food, and good service..

Maybe he has too much $$$ so he doesnt care, I hope everyone stops going to mcdonalds,...
