Stopped in for lunch on a weekday with two friends before we hit the beach and was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Milanezza! All three of us left in disbelief that we had not been there before especially since it's tucked away in the same shopping center as Sir Pizza. We were seated immediately by their friendly staff and then handed menus to look over. They offer a wide selection of Argentinian milanesas which we were after that day though the rest of the menu looked equally appetizing. We ordered three milanesas to share amongst ourselves: - Chicken Pepe: pepperoni, fresh tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese - Eggplant Edward: arugula, avocado, and cherry tomatoes with vinaigrette - Steak Bianca: mozzarella burrata, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto di parma and arugula with house dressing All three were tasty in their own right, but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the eggplant milanesa and thought that I could return here for that vegetarian meal without thinking twice! For desert we got to try: - Apple Crumble: mini skillet apple pie served with vanilla ice cream - Panqueque de dulce de leche: thin crepe stuffed with dulce de leche also served with vanilla - Nutella Lava Cake I loved my nutella lava cake but also thought the apple crumble was phenomenal though it was not something I would usually order! I would definitely return and plan on book listing it as a spot for when friends from out of town visit since its central to the Key.

We visited this place for lunch with a reservation, but the check-in process was a bit awkward. There was no one to guide us to a table or offer a warm welcome. After waiting for a while, we decided to ask if we could just sit at any available table, and they said yes. We ordered two beers and some food. The waiter brought the beers, but unfortunately, she spilled one completely on my husband’s clothes, soaking him in beer. We understood that accidents happen, so we didn’t make a big deal of it. My husband stepped outside to wash off as best as he could, and returned still dripping beer. we ordered three different milanesas, they were good. we asked for some bread, which was served. The waiter apologized for the accident, and we accepted it, but things took an odd turn when the bill arrived. They charged us for the bread, the beer my friend ordered which was the one who didn’t spilled and, to our surprise, an 18% tip was already included on the check. Given the poor service and the beer spill incident, we were surprised by the charges. At the very least, we expected the beer to be offered for free or a couple of pieces of bread as compensation. It’s not about the money it’s about the customer service that was offered to us. Very poor, and on top of that they charged us extra taxes that I never heard before.

Delicious + Great service. We were starving after a day of sun and beach and decided to visit this local Argentinian place because we love milanesas and this place came through with some authentic flavor. Andrea was our waitress and she was nothing short of incredible very attentive and on point with the suggestions First they have a happy hour that is all day with craft beers as a part of it. We were already starting off on the right foot. For starters we had the mini sausage and morcilla which came with a great chimichurri sauce which was flavorful and not oily. My wife had the Italian croquetas and that was another amazing dish. Had a spicyish sauce it came dipped in and a must try. For the main entree we had the milanesa Cecila with the beef option. Tomato’s cheese and meat blended perfectly and even though it’s fried you don’t lose any of the other flavors. Mashed potato sides had a great homemade taste and you can’t go wrong with this option. My wife wanted the truffle Parmesan fries which were tasty in my opinion a little too much Parmesan but she loved them so it’s personal preference I would definitely suggest you make the stop and visit this restaurant

My husband and I used to love this restaurant. We went regularly and the food and service were always good (specially the italian and spanish waiters!) but tonight one of the waiters (woman) and manager were incredibly rude to us, yelled at us and people in the tables next to us started staring. I felt so uncomfortable I asked my husband if we could leave.

I am gluten intolerant so I always ordered the margaret chicken milanesa without the breading (I know milanesas are supposed to be breaded but I liked the toppings of the margaret version and always appreciated that they were accommodating).

We went tonight and the waiter (woman) was very rude even before we started ordering. I ordered my usual and she went to ask the kitchen if they could make it. She came back and said they couldn’t. I said that’s odd because I have always ordered it like that but that if the rules changed, I was going to order something else. She asked if we wanted to have the manager tell us that they couldn’t make it. I asked her ‘why? Would the manager say something different or be able to make an exception?’ She said ‘no’ so I said we didn’t think it was necessary to talk to the manager if he was going to say the same thing she did and I asked for more time to look at the menu. She left and sent the manager to our table anyway.

He was even more rude than her and started yelling at me asking me what I wanted and I explained that a margaret milanesa but without the breading. He started yelling at me that what I wanted was not a milanesa and to order the plain chicken with a salad. I said its not the same thing because I liked the toppings and that I know a milanesa is supposed to be breaded but that I couldn’t have bread and asked him if he could stop because he was ruining our experience and we genuinely liked the restaurant a lot. He didn’t leave and kept yelling at me that what I wanted was not a milanesa.

The tables next to us started staring and I felt so uncomfortable and humiliated having this guy yelling at me and treating like I’m stupid like I don’t know what a milanesa is.

I had never been treated so horribly. I never ask to speak with the manager nor was I being complicated. We literally said if the rules had changed I was going to look for something else to get in the menu. Horrible experience. Will...

If I could give negative stars it would be a -5 ( minus five) star for the kitchen and the manager. We were a table of 12 ( 6 adults and 6 children) . We arrived at 7:50 with a reservation and made our order at 8pm . At 9:50 pm (yes, one hour and fifty minutes later) we had NOT yet received any food. The waiter kept saying our food was arriving or it would be next or that they were working on it. We never even received the cold appetizers nor the children's food that we specifically asked to bring as soon as possible. The only thing we received in the 1:50 h were our drinks and bread. After waiting impatiently the food was just not arriving so we spoke to the manger who said they were short staffed and we’re not going to be able to prepare our orders anytime soon. Too bad they told us after complaining for the 5th time about the slow service. At that point we decided it was time to leave. They had the courage to charge us for the drinks. UNBELIEVABLE. As we got up, another group of 12 sat down and had menus in their hands. I warned them about what happened and was surprised the restaurant continued to sit people even though food was not leaving the kitchen. I saw so many unhappy customers. A true embarrassment to restaurateurs. They should have closed that evening or limited the number of clients but instead they continued to seat people so they could at least sell drinks while customers waited endlessly for their food....
