We love Miller's Ale House. This is our first time at the Orange Park location. The place was not busy at all. It was July 4th. But it was also our 7th wedding anniversary. My husband had the Ossobuco. I had the Teriyaki steak wonton skewer. The only real complaint was that the baked potato was terrible. The waiter even said it was very hard when he brought it out and offered another side. It was burnt and the skin was tough as steel. I scraped some of it out and ate it anyways. We had the jalapeno bites as an appetizer. They were delicious. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. I would highly recommend Millers. Visited on 1 November 24 with my husband, son and daughter in law. The food was great. The waitress was gawd awful. Slow. Brought my salad after I was eating dinner. No drink refills. I had jalapeno poppers so I needed water. Got none. The manager was apologizing and gave us a few dollars off. It was my husband's birthday celebration too bad she ruined it. Our food was good. We will return.

I'm not a picky person. I'm actually VERY laid back, I was a waitress back in the day so I get it. My hubz on the other hand.. he has no patience with anything. So we compromised. There are only a handful of pet peeves or standards we expect: 1- keep the drinks coming. The Hubz drinks his sodas quickly and often. This is his most frequent complaint. Tonight his drink was refilled once, even after asking for another. 2- Apps CANT come out with the food. We try to order apps when we order drinks but tonight's waitress asked if we were ready with our whole order so we thought she could handle it. Quite a bit of time had passed and that's when we realized that all the food was definitely going to come out at once. Ugh. Box please. 3- not as important as the previous 2 but still worth mentioning. Tonight I had a sirloin, Tuesday deal! We received our food but the waitress was gone so fast I never got to ask for steak sauce. She didn't come back until we were ready for our check, so I just took the steak home. We are avid Millers fans. It was our go to sports viewing bar (when there were games to watch/ covid) so we hadn't been in a few months. We'll go back and I'm sure it'll be better.

We went to Miller's in OP yesterday. The drinks were great. The food wasn't great but mostly edible. What truly bothered me was that there was a steak knife on the floor in the aisle near our table that three different employees either stepped over or walked around instead of picking it up. The lady who seated us stepped over it and clearly expected us to as well. I thought she might pick it up as she walked away, but no. Another server who cleared the table near where the knife was also stepped over it twice and didn't bother to pick it up. Our server, Chloe, who gave us good service otherwise, stepped over or walked around the knife both coming to and leaving our table FIVE TIMES without caring enough to pick it up. Not wanting someone to get hurt, my husband walked over and picked up the knife and put it with a stack of dirty dishes on another table. Do better people!

I always wanted to go to the Ale House. And see what everyone craves about this place. So my boyfriend finally did and we had a bad first experience eating here. They said the wait was 10 to 15 minutes. It was fine but when people started coming they sat them before us. It took 45 mins to seat us. The food wasn't that great either. My boyfriend got the Thursday special some steak the bigger oz. He wanted rare and when he got it. The steak tasted so salty that he couldn't eat it and wasn't cooked right. So we had to take it back and get a new one. When we got the new one. The CHEF himself brought the steak and said " he cooked it personally." The steak the chef cooked was even rarer than the first one. So I won't recommend anyone to come here or want to experience their first time coming to Miller's Ale House.

Sydnee was a great server and made our time here special - I have been going to Ale Houses since 1998 Lake Buena Vista so I am glad to see that everything was arranged the same - the prices too were actually my biggest surprise and the quality of the food identical to my Orlando Days Ale-housing! There are very fun managers here too that were welcoming and made me laugh - let's not forget one very special thing about all Ale Houses and that is none other than ZINGERS! Do it! Always and on repeat - I am a Honey Mustard on Team Ranch Dressing! And it was so nice to have them again! Thank you for keeping this brand consistent and the quality of the food up and that Captain Jacks desert of yours massive! Thank you for your hard work and know no matter what We will always be back!
