Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

My husband came through drive through to buy me a salad. Due to my religion I do not eat pork. My husband asked to not put bacon in the salad and usually there are no issue. The salad came to me with the wrong dressing and of course bacon in it. I ate the salad without realizing that there is bacon in it and when I took my first bite I realized that I just ruined years of my posts. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, of course I was upset who wouldn’t be in my shoes, people that take religious posts will understand me. Instead of her listening to me like managers would do in her place, speaking from personal experience, she kept on interrupting me and at the end told me that she will not be spoken to as if she’s a child. I asked to speak to another manager, the other manager picked up and was even worst than the first one. They did not care. They had no sympathy, no understanding. I’m writing to let yeh owners of This location know that jolayna and Mel ( that’s is of course if they were truthful with their names) do not care about customer service, their position as managers and what the outcome might be of not realving issues that happen at your restaurant. I wanted to call and simply be listened to but as of now I am planning to take this higher. I will not be disrespected and spit on after I called to express what an awful think you guys do whne you don’t take peoples orders seriously. I could have had an allergy and died but I was made to be in the wrongs. I’m requesting to speak to Craig Phillips before taking this matter...

I have been coming chick-fil-A 4 time's out week on wells rd. @1925 wells rd orange park fla I have all my receipt Brayden ast manger @1:54pm today tells me as I oder I asked can my food be hot please last few visits food been cold Brayden telling me oh no not this chick-fil-A I said yes this chick-fil-A I come here alone sir he's going back and forth tells me he just became ast manger ok good for u but I'm asking for fresh food also can i get cola not a debate sir. I pull up to windows I was greet well received my home thanks look in bag no to eat no silverware in bag I pull over to another store so I decided to call up to chick-fil-A to report my food was cold Brayden gave me sprite very weak so I requested a manger I explained my bad experience there those responses that I was getting wasn't nice are professional as manger would talk and this isn't chick-fil-A behavior with there customers at all well ma I know you're Mac wasn't cold I said yes it was I'm not just calling to say this so I said you are guy I That tolk my order at window yes I said I can tell know customer service skills no trying help customer solve that issue at all Brayden never acknowledge my problem I said machine need to be charged out I didn't oder that flat spite that's why I oder a cola because few days ago I oder spite that's how I know he didn't care anything about my oder lost money give me what he won't me have I have a problem with that I said guess I will go to chick-fil-A in Fleming from now on I'm not please with Brayden retrain him please are his customer...

Not really happy at all. They said we could not order a salad without bacon"no special orders at this Chick fil a " and just like the last 3 times we ordered the cobb salad at this same Chick fil A they didn't have the corn in it and the last time it was no corn and no cheese. I asked for an extra roasted red peppers and they were not there. I asked for polanisian sauce it was not in the bag. So I can not ask for a salad without bacon ONLY AT THE ORANGE PARK LOCATION but they also can not make the Cobb salad correct either. I actually like the roasted corn in the salad. It's just upsetting that you pay for something and you don't receive it after the attitude of the girl. No you can NOT order any special salads at this time we have them premaid . I just don't even know if I will go back there anymore. It's super upsetting. I never have trouble at the Argyle location or the one on the way home from my husband's work it's only the ORANGE PARK LOCATION. I was under the impression that the FOOD WAS MADE FRESH not premaid. I am just really questioning how long that salad was setting around. My husband has never said that his food was ever cold but it sure was last night. Yeah I am upset that our order SUCKED last night it was only 6:45 the drive thru was no where near as busy as the Argyle location always is. I guess if I ever decide to go to a Chick fil A again it will have to be the Argyle location. So upset about the disappointing...
