Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Florida

It is with great disappointment that my family and I will never go to buffalo wild wings again after my horrific experience yesterday. First lets start with not being told they didnt have any hamburger buns, salads, or mild sauce. These are things you want to tell your customers before being seated to give them the option if they would still like to dine in but that was not the case we ordered drinks and appetizers and its not until we tried ordering all 3 things that those items were not available. It may seem like something small but trust me have we all would of know we would have opted to eat elsewhere since we were all craving a certain burger on the menu. As we are ordering our dinner our appetizers are already coming out and the first thought is wow they are on top of it but after that first bite we then realized the wings must have been cooked way before we walked in the restaurant. We then asked our waitress Autumn to speak with the supervisor to inform him of not only cold wings but the chicken on the nachos were also cold more like freezing cold. Our attempt to speak with the supervisor was not to get a free meal or free food it was to inform him we were dissatisfied so he can fix the problem for the next people however the supervisor Garcia came to the table in defense mode he seemed annoyed and did not want to hear anything we said. Ive been to may places before and that is not how a supervisor should conduct themselves. He came to the table with his arms crossed not wanting to let us finish telling him everything that was wrong his eyes were practically rolling. He states our food was fresh but were sitting in the warmer that they have. It was football Sunday so they anticipated it to be packed but that should not mean to allow your customers to eat cold food. When we ordered the wings we asked for extra crispy which means they didnt give us what we asked for since they gave us food from the warmers that were already cooked. when you ask for extra crispy you are customizing your order but in this case they didnt give them to us crispy because if that was the case they would of fried them longer and when we got the wings they would have been hot. The worst part is when they brought us food the server Sarah had the worst attitude. Ive never seen anything like this before. I get better customer service at McDonalds then I did here. Sarah brought our food to the table and I told her my daughter was missing her cheese burger because instead of buns they used regular bread she said she already gave that to us and I asked her where she said it was the only one not cut because we also ordered 4 bacon patty melts so all the burgers looked the same I told her we were then missing a burger originally I thought it was my daughters kids meal burger but she said she brought it to the table I then asked her how were we suppose to know that one was her burger she got a attitude raised her voice and said she told us when she was giving us the food which none of us heard and if she did the tvs were so loud we had to keeping telling the waitress we couldnt hear here and to repeat herself i then told Sarah she needed to relax and I can’t make this up she put our food on the next table and did not serve us. I will make sure to reach out to cooperate about this ordeal but wanted to let everyone know that this is not the place you want to go and for the record I had to leave at least one star or it wouldnt let me post but trust me one star is too...

My family and I (family of 7) went out to eat Saturday night.. the place was busy inside so we decided to eat on the patio ( which had only a couple tables that were full)..we were seated, the male server came to the table and we placed our whole entire order... It took 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar... When the server brought what we thought were our drinks- they were actually someone else order..so we waited another 5 minutes for ours. While we waited for our food the server just walked around watching a UFC fight on the TV... He went from table to table talking to everyone about the fight... He wasn't there to work that night, he was there for the TV... Our food arrived An hour after we were seated... My buffalo ranch wrap was cold and missing the ranch sauce. My family two sampler apps were cold , the sour cream on the nachos looked like it was sitting for days.. it wasn't even shiny and the sauce on the wings was dry.. you could tell that the order was sitting under the heat lamp for a while... We were never offered refills on any of our drinks... We never received silverware, napkins or extra plates for the apps... Over the past year or so we have really just been giving y'all the benefit of the doubt to get better.. every single time we show up, we are told to wait.. even though we can clearly see opens tables all over the place., But we are told that section is closed... Well my God, do y'all want a full restaurant or not... Waiting 20 minutes for a table is ridiculous when half the building is empty.. can't a server came all to another section to serve a table... We have watched this place go downhill.. and I mean this is one of our favorite places to take our family... The service that we received on Saturday night was the icing on the cake... We will travel out of our way to the town center to visit a buffalo wild wings from now on... It is cleaner, quicker and they make you feel welcomed at that one.

When we got back home my whole family said it would've just been better to stay home and eat.

BWW has a deal going on right now: $10 for a burger with a choice of 6 boneless wings. You get to choose the burger and wings/sauce! Great deal for a really tasty burger, some fries, and trying their wing flavors!

This place is definitely a sports bar 🍺 catered to a specific crowd. I think if you've been to college you've been here at least once in your life. It's a good place, decent food and I've never had a terrible experience with the franchise. The wings have always been a little pricey for me, especially since I didn't really know what kind of flavors I even like.

(I wish there was an option to have a variety of flavors so I would know what I do like). A wing bundle! Different dry ribs and sauces. Maybe I would be more interested in their wings then.

The food I got this time was the curd burger which has actual cheese curds 🧀 inside the burger! Kind of like culver's curd burger. The flavor was good though my body didn't approve. I don't want to know the calories on that one. It came with a set of fries which tasted standard, pretty decent. I tried the honey BBQ and it was...a little too sweet. Not terrible but I wouldn't get it again.

Husband got a normal burger with garlic Parmesan sauce with his wings and it was a little salty but overall pretty tasty. I ended up taking two of his in exchange. 🤫 The staff was friendly and attentive. The place was pretty chill and since we went on a Wednesday it was quiet. I'm sure it is more chaotic on the weekend.

Lots of TV screens with a variety of sports. It's a great place to go when you want some wings but even better to get that sweet burger and wings deal. So definitely go try it before it's gone!

I don't think it's anything special though, it's just a sports bar with wings that tends to cater to the college campuses. Nothing much stands out and my husband thought it was a place like Hooters. 😂 Maybe they should try something new for their menu. I dunno, drizzle maple syrup over their chicken to make it a sweet treat. It's an idea 💡 anyway, great causal place for a late night eatery or midday lunch....
