Minch Coffee — Restaurant in Florida

This is a small family owned coffee shop. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Like the chain coffee shops, Minch has several flavors of iced and hot lattes, Chai, regular drip coffee, tea, various whole beans that can be ground to your desired grind, and various goodies to eat. The BIG difference is the owners of Minch actually know coffee and the whole coffee industry quite well and only use the best beans available. This makes a huge difference in the taste of your drink. The chain coffee stores publish the fact that they buy cheap, poor quality beans because they know they'll add so many flavors no one will know the difference. Minch is small with a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to meet a friend, make new friends, and/ or catch up on email/ work.

The french gentleman working here was quite pleasant to speak with, very friendly and kept the place very clean. The cappuccino was very good, I liked their roast enough to splurge on a lb of beans to grind and brew at home. It is refreshing to see more options than the typical Starflumps tar in a cup coorperate burnt bean roasters franchise. There is also the bonus of free entertainment, there is a window viewing the business next door "Cat Cafe" you can veiw cat ladies in their natural habitat sitting on and lying in the floor playing with a string as cats stare intensely trying to figure out what their next move may be. The newly remodeled cafe is now under new management. They painted the entire cafe and even have specialty Instagram walls. They make all sorts of coffee with a French flair! Don't waste your money on Starbucks when you have this delight around the corner. The coffee is made to order. If you don't like your drink, they have no issue helping you design your perfect drink. They have an array of bagels, sandwiches, macaroons, panini, muffins, cookies, and cakes.
