I went to Taco Bell last night with my partner after a long day of work and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had we ordered two separate items off of the menu and the total came to about $23 when we pulled up to the drive-through window. The lady at the window thought that we ordered something worth $35. I told her that wasn’t the case and tried to explain exactly what we ordered. She shut the drive-through window and tried to find our order and then re-opened it and asked if we got large drinks when I already told her that we got medium Baja blast she insisted that I ordered a Sprite. Then a gentleman came over who I presume to be the manager, because he was wearing a different shirt than the woman at the window, and he asked the same questions so I gave the same answers. At this point, we were already sitting at the window for about 10 minutes. He asked if I placed a mobile order and I told him that I just ordered at the drive-through speaker. I told him I ordered the grilled cheese burrito bundle, and then he proceeded to tell me that that was an online order item only and I must’ve done a mobile order to which I explained to him it was on his drive through menu. He then proceeds to walk away from the window for another couple minutes until he finally rings us up for our food. When he gave us our food. There was no apology, and I thanked him for getting us our food, and his response was “yep”. Not only did we have this experience in the drive-through but when we got home, we noticed that one of the tacos I ordered was ice cold as if it’s been sitting out for hours, and our cinnamon twists were extremely stale to the point where I’ve been into one and almost broke my tooth because it wasn’t fully cooked or was that stale that it was super hard. I’ve never had an experience like this at any drive-through. I understand that it’s a quick service restaurant and I’m not expecting Michelin star, but I am expecting courtesy and customer service neither of which was handled...

This Taco Bell saved me a trip from the hospital. I haven't had Taco Bell in almost 20 years due to the absolute gut bomb that had fled my system when I was a kid - scarring me from experiencing this fast food chain. Going to the bathroom and being "regular" has never been an issue for me. This past week I experienced some constipation and by the end of the week I was very stressed. I tried everything. Magnesium citrate, extra fiber, Tums, probiotics. I was just wasting my hard-earned money trying to find the fix. Until my coworker suggested I go to Taco Bell, knowing this is something I always preach being against. I was so desperate for solutions that I decided to try it for the first time in 2 decades. This was a monumental decision for me. I knew this food was not for the weak. I was suggested to get a bean burrito, a grilled cheese burrito, a steak quesadilla, and extra red sauce. I showed up to this Taco Bell at around 11 pm after my shift and ordered all these items. It was waiting for me immediately after the order was placed. I could smell the grease and questionable beef coming from this establishment as soon as the window opened so I could pay and take my food. When I got home the first item I ate was the bean burrito. I got 3/4 of the way through before I ripped the most ungodly fart and quickly realized company was coming. I sprinted to the toilet and unleashed days worth of back up in my system. I went to the bathroom and cleared everything out of my body 8 times in under an hour. I powered through and consumed each item I ordered, having absolutely no regrets of the chemical warfare that was ultimately inevitable at this point. I have no plans to enjoy these laxative-based burritos anytime soon, but if I ever experience constipation the way I did, I'll save my money and return...

I would give 0 if I could.. So I today I downloaded the Taco Bell app. I placed my order at 5:40 then was notified at 5:46 that my order was completed. I live not a mile from this place. My bf got there to get the order. Whole wam bam thank you ma'am kind of deal. Well that didn't happen that way. He gets there nobody noticed him for 15 mins. He finally get someone's attention and they tell him they never received our order. Even though I got confirmation that it was sent. The GM then tells him that the online ordering system is messed and what did he order we'll get it made for you..... He (my boyfriend) writes down the order they give to some guy on the line. He also hears someone on the line tell the GM that they recognize the order that it did come in. He hears that and waits to see how long it will take for the order. Another 15 minutes go by and he still hasn't gotten our food. At this point it's 40 mins since I placed the order. He then asks for a refund because obviously they weren't making it. The GM tells him that he can't do that or else he will get fired. The GM says to contact the app and let them know. There is no contact information on the app So he leaves. He's not getting the food we ordered and we aren't getting our refund sooooo he calls me cause its on my card. This Taco Bell is the worst 1 I've ever been too. It suck cause I LOVE TACO BELL. I eat there at least 2 times a week. But now I will go out of my way not to ever go back to this 1.

Taco Bell needs a better customer service...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst Taco Bell location EVER. Extremely rude manager and employees. Burritos and Crunchwrap Supremes were empty. There wasn't even meat added to some of the crunchwraps. Additionally, they did not give us all of our items. Twice. The first time, we didn't find out until we got home. Fine. Not a huge issue, but the next time we made sure to count our items before leaving. Once again a burrito was missing. They were very rude about it, and the manager even yelled at us. They wouldn't believe us, and I had to make them look in our bags. Once they realized they were wrong, they added a burrito. When we got home, we found out that it wasn't even the type of burrito that we had ordered. Again, wouldn't have been a huge deal, but coupled with the rudeness, yelling, and practically empty burritos, we will never return to this location. They also slammed the window shut on us.

Please see update below. The cashier was nice and my order was on time, that's why it's 2 stars and not 1. My complaint has to do with those that prepared my order. No care in it whatsoever. Just plopped a scoop of beans on all 5 of my tostadas and didn't bother to spread them out. Beans were dry and very little cheese. And my cinnamon twist wasn't filled correctly. Very disappointing. Update: I just visited again yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. My tostadas were perfect. The best part is the cashier, Diana. If Taco Bell corporate has any sense, they will put this women in charge of training in customer service. With how polite and kind she is, I won't be surprised if someone snatches her up for their company. I upped my rating from 2 stars to 5 because of her. Thank you Diana for making me and the other customers feel welcomed!

This location has been consistently getting worse and worse for a few years now; even before covid, so it's not (just) that. Slow service (not rude or unfriendly, just s-l-o-w) and we keep getting the wrong items, or items not customized the way we wanted. Recently we were given an entirely wrong order, although it was in our bag with our receipt stapled to it. Not one thing was somethind we ordered. Or they are not made right, and/or just burnt and overcooked, see pics of Chalupas. We've emailed corporate, we've filled out "tellthebell" surveys, and have never once heard anything from anyone, been contacted, or offered any resolution or even a "thanks for letting us know." We are done visiting this location of Taco Bell, they just don't care.
