I came in around 1pm on a Sunday. Not crazy busy, just a handful of folks and no one was ahead of me in line. There were no pinto beans ready to scoop, just the juice. There was only a few cubes of tofu ready to cook more had to be pulled out. There was no guac. All she gave me was the scrapings from the sides of the container with that tiny little spoon. I hate scrapings. They were very cheap on the topping portions. I still love Moe's but probably won't be spending my $ here again.

This is the third time I’ve gotten an online order and received the stack with no cheese in the inside. Beats the whole purpose of getting a stack. If I didn’t want cheese I would have just gotten a burrito. When there’s no cheese it’s like biting into cardboard. So tired of these young kids not doing their jobs right. Everytime I walk in, they’re always gossiping or trash talking. If you’re going to have unprofessional conversations, at least wait till the customer walks out. Jez

I've been a fan of Moe's Southwest Grill's Wellington outpost ever since their grand debut. The joint is a bastion of dependability in the ever-choppy sea of dining options. Their Homewrecker? A masterpiece wrapped in a tortilla, a symphony of flavors that does exactly that to your taste buds. And the Stack? Nothing less than a marvel of culinary architecture. Every visit's greeted with that heartwarming chorus, "Welcome to Moe's!" – a ritual that never gets old.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT I always check other people's reviews before visiting businesses. THIS TIME I HAD TO MAKE AN ACCEPTION. My review time frame had expired through my email so I had to go to your location's website to leave you all a review.

My family of 5 and I were in town from Georgia for 1 week for my son's national football game. We visited the establishment because we frequent Moe's back home mainly because of the vegan options that they have. Based on the reviews of this Moe's we were hesitant but I'm glad we still stopped by. First impressions were the entire staff greeted my family with a smile. Normally when restaurant staff see a large family they become agitated and impatient while they place their orders. This was not the case here. Everyone was friendly, patient, and 1 man even held conversations with us as though he had known us for years. He was thoughtful and stopped us to bring a drink holder as we were about to leave even though we hadn't asked for it. The cashier that night reminded me of the Moe's Monday deals as well so that I would receive a discount. The food was great too it was just the cherry on top for the great service that we had just received. The staff are very thoughtful and treated us as they would like to be treated while they would be out with their family. We liked them so much we visited them again before we headed back home. They were about to close within about 40 minutes us arriving on our second visit. Nobody rushed us out the door because they were nearing closing time. Their attitudes acted as though they had just opened for the day. The lady with the pink/purple hair was extremely friendly, nice and patient with my family and the other customers. She talked to us as though she had known us for years as well. We need more of that. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Need more staff like this location back at the Moe's we visit back home. We know first hand owning a vegan restaurant back in Georgia that customers could be rough with all the different needs and attitudes on a daily basis. With that said, thanks again for providing a great experience for my family and I while we visited your city.

We ordered 5 bowls each time we visited. Great quality and...

The quality of this Moe's has gone down to 0. This used to be my favorite restaurant in the area and I would visit at least 5 times a week. I have thousands of visits recorded on my app and often got nice rewards. Over the years I got numerous Moe's gift cards a because of how often I came here.

Then, about 2-3 years ago, the quality severely tumbled. Poor management of this restaurant began with cutting corners regarding the actual food. While the staff was still friendly, the restaurant wasn't clean and the food was truly poor.

The chicken is chewy, flavorless, and definitely low grade meat. The ground beef is now just a mild pile of mush. The steak is chewy and flavorless. The veggies are old, discolored, and mush. The beans are also flavorless now along with both rices. This is absolutely heartbreaking. I once brought this up to the manager who basically blew me off and assured me it was "all the same". It definitely isn't and the other reviews seem to agree with me.

Then, to add insult to injury, they are no longer accepting gift cards purchased more than 6 months ago. Yes I have $500+ in gift cards still and they will not accept any of them citing that they are older than 6 months. What a joke. I guess someone didn't tell them that gift cards expiring is no longer supposed supposed be a thing. I guess they just need the money that bad because of how few people are dining here now. What an absolute shame.

I am truly heartbroken about what happened to Moe's (at least this location). I haven't tried any others in the last 2 years and...

I would caution against ordering from this Moe's location for delivery. After around 2 years of ordering from this location several times a month, we're finally giving up. The food order is always wrong, dry, or bland.

We almost always exclusively order Stacks at this location because it is by far the best item Moe's makes. Every single time, there's no queso in it. If you look up the description for the Stack on their website, the main feature is the queso. That's the whole selling point. You also get the option of a free sauce on the side. That never shows up no matter how many times I request it. They don't usually forget the salsa, though, so I don't know how hard it is to grab the extra free sauces. I paid extra for guacamole in the Stacks multiple times, still never get any. You know what no queso and no guac means? A dry mouthful of stale, greasy rice.

The overall feeling from the staff at this location is an utter lack of care. Sure, a job is a job, but no one cares about the quality or accuracy of the food going out. They don't even care about these reviews. I ordered once for pickup and it was the only genuinely good meal we had from this location. But ordering for delivery? It all goes wrong. Don't waste your money on delivery, service fees, and tips. Just eat in, and even then the workers are almost always disgruntled and distracted, even when the restaurant is empty, which it...
