MrBeast Burger — Restaurant in Florida

This was our first time ordering MrBeast, the flavor was good, the problem is the lack of customization options while ordering. I have two kids and there was no small burger options, not even a single patty choice, also there was no way to remove pickles and Mayo (only onions and cheese) but by removing the cheese the price was still the same. There should be an option of a plain single patty burger and choices of ingredients/condiments to be added. Again the flavor was tasty and it was fresh because we ate it in the car immediately but being double patty made it too big so the kids had a third of the burger leftover; the fries were good and a great portion. I ordered from your restaurant last week. It showed me an address close to my house so I clicked it and placed my order for $50. Then I get the notification that it’s 40 minutes away. I called three or four times no answer straight to voicemail. So I decided to go since I can’t afford to be out $50 and my son really wanted to try called a few more times on my way got on the dangerous I4 highway and not even five minutes in got into a accident. I ordered online from their website. It was delivered by Uber eats. The food was ok. My fries were luke warm and soggy, and the burger didn't have much flavor to it. It was ridiculously over priced, and to top it off they forgot our chocolate chip cookies. ☹️I searched and searched for a way to contact them to let them know, so they could reverse the charges- but I was literally disconnected 3 times when I called the only phone number listed on there website, and the Uber driver wouldn't allow return calls or texts.
