Very disappointed in this business and the experience I and some of my coworkers received. I called early this morning and on the 7th call, a man answered and placed me on hold. I called again after waiting on hold for about 6 minutes and my call was literally ignored. In total, I must’ve called 13 times. I asked a friend to call for me and when she called they answered and she had to take the order from me. Upon walking into work, one of my colleagues was shocked to see me walking in with a bag from Cubanela and when I asked her why she shared with me that the owner/workers of Cubanela denied orders from them and no longer answer their calls to place orders. The owner told my colleague that they no longer needed our business because we’ve “messed up” our orders? When I call, I only order for myself or 2 people, not several people. Plus, if a company is ordering from your restaurant faithfully and paying, why would you deny them service? The fact that this establishment picks and chooses who to serve is unacceptable and I will no longer support a business that operates as such or discriminates. Read moreI usually don’t write bad comments but This have to be shared because it made me very uncomfortable.I made an order through Uber eats to this restaurant and I had the wrong address on the system I immediately called the restaurant to cancel my order to prevent them of loosing money and also called Uber eats to cancel since it was my first time with Uber eats they refunded me (Uber) BUT the owner of this business called me back to my personal cellphone mad because there was Ubers waiting and it affects his “ratings” I was appalled. I made an honest mistake and I had decency enough to call them first to cancel so they don’t do extra work and lose money too and he just harassed me over his ratings? I guess he woke up on the wrong side of bed . Just a tip: don’t call people back on their personal phone to harass them about your ratings. Read moreI spoke to Maria “the manager” and she has the worse service ever. They charged me $30 for only 2 orders of scrambled eggs and those are not the prices they have listed. They charge you and then charge you extra to your card and the reason is that there was a change of price in your order. I called and she never let me speak, she was very rude, and she was petty. I always used to buy from this place everyday and ordered the same thing and now she is charging me $10 extra without a reason and the prices are not even what she charged me for. I do not recommend to go here since they charge you more money after you pay the normal amount and their food is not the best. I also found a piece of plastic in my food as well.
