Pho Drive Thru — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

This is probably the worst pho I have ever tasted in my entire life. I literally projectile vomited when I came home because my stomach was hurting and I felt nauseated after eating it. I paid $50 for two bowls of pho (which is way too overpriced but I figured it might be worth it). Boy was I wrong. I relied on the 4.8 rating on google but I’m pretty sure these are fake reviews because the pho was absolutely horrendous. I ordered the special meat pho and the minute they brought it out I knew it wasn’t going to taste good. For starters they put some weird ground beef in the top that looked old and spoiled (it was also very pink and undercooked). I also know that the broth will cook raw meat but it just looked so disgusting when it was brought out. The smell also was so stinky and was coming from the pho. I tasted it and it was SO bland even though I doused it with a TON of hoisin sauce and chili oil. The chili oil was not authentic at all and not even spicy. I have been to SO many pho places before and I know good pho when I see it. The meat tasted old and they barely gave me any to begin with. The broth just tasted like tap water and the vegetables had a weird texture. Also the noodles they used tasted exactly like plastic. They were also very short noodles as well, not the typical noodles you get when you order pho. After reading the negative reviews the reviewers said very similar things that I had said and experienced the same weird old and spoiled taste that I am describing right now. I also want to add that you have to get sauces/napkins/water yourself even though it’s super expensive and I would expect more for this price point. They only good thing I have to say about this place was the fact that they had free bottles of water. Regardless of that, PLEASE save your money and DO NOT COME HERE!! Also they didn’t understand when my husband requested fish balls and acted like they didn’t even know what that was. They responded back by saying “there are already meatballs in the pho”. I was honestly extremely disappointed in this experience. The broth was not nearly as rich and flavorful as it should have been. Maybe I'm wrong about the broth, I'm not sure. This is the only second time in my life that I've ever had Pho and the first time was actually worse because I did not know what to expect and I was nervous and the stuff that was inside it was weird to me. No of course I know what everything is and what it tastes like and whether I like it or not because I've tried it on different occasions and different places. I have actually come to realize that I don't really like the pho noodles because they're too big too much like spaghetti and I hate spaghetti because of how thick and large it is. I believe I prefer the vermicelli noodles. So take this review with a grain of salt because as I said this is only the second time I've had it and I am unsure of whether or not the broth is supposed to be that dry tasting with no flavors no anything. Also I'm not sure where the hell the meatballs were but they were not in there and there was some sort of glutinous crap with a bunch of like jelly around it that was disgusting so whatever that was I don't ever want it again but I did get the combination bowl with all the meats because I wanted to try them all I should have stuck with my guns and got the rib like I was going to. We will be filing a civil lawsuit in Orlando court after hearing the final report from the hospital where our son was treated (The hospital's conclusion indicated that the patient was infected with bacteria from eating food past its expiration date.) and from the consumer protection agency and the food hygiene and safety agency. I went to the restaurant for dinner yesterday. I pressed for an extra dessert to bring home. The coffee flank for dessert is no bad, that too old may be as I think my child had diarrhea after eating and had to go to the emergency room. I have enough evidence to prove that I ordered food there.
