Navarre Seafood Market — Restaurant in Florida

Oh my God, the quality of the seafood here is beyond comparison. The people that work here are kind and funny. They were able to tell me where each item was caught too which was really cool. It’s not often you can have food that was caught right in the waters nearby. We had amberjack, crawdads, gulf shrimp etc... all locally caught. You can tell what you’re eating is a cut above, caught by smaller fishing operations that love what they’re doing. Nothing tasted like it was ever frozen and the flavors were incredible.

And let me tell you about the salmon (not local because it doesn’t live in the gulf 🤷): literally the BEST salmon I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooking in my life. Fat marbled and juicy. It all starts with great fish, and they know where to get it.

And do NOT SLEEP ON THE KEY LIME PIE!!! Better than those I’ve had in the KEYS!

We visited 3 times in our week at Navarre 😂

The first time, we bought fresh shrimp, sushi-grade tuna, and the key lime pie. The second time, we restocked. They were out of crab claws, but they offered to take our contact info and call us the next day when they arrived. So, we came back the next day to pick those up along with the smoked tuna dip. Everything about the Navarre Seafood Market is great. It’s conveniently located and incredibly clean (no odors, etc). The best part about it, though, is the friendly service and the variety of options, both fresh and frozen. These folks are knowledge about seafood, and they greeted us with a smile and suggestions every time we walked in.

Oh, and if you’re tempted but unsure about the pie? They have both half and whole pies. It’s definitely...

Awww man! From the moment you walk in the aroma and seasonings just greets you. The business is super organized, clean and all the seafood cabinets surrounds you upon entering. The staff ladies are welcoming and very nice. They took time to advice me on a dinner for 15 and they recommended the amount of shrimp and crab legs to feed my family. Drove from Atlanta, my brother in law drove from Savannah, my older brother from Monterey California and my nephew from Texas to attend our sibling reunion. The food was special and cooked fresh. I highly recommend Navarre Seafood. Get the Key Lime pie also. Thank you for making my reunion dish a hit. Thank you All at...
