I gave this place a few months of time after opening to get it's legs under itself before trying the food. I've been here three times and the service has been great with friendly staff and the food is consistently good. The restaurant is new but still seems to be clean which is important for obvious reasons. The parking lot is easy to navigate with plenty of parking and multiple exits which means it's not a headache to come here for lunch or dinner. The booths are large, which is important for those huge American customers that like to complain about every thing while swallowing their food without chewing or saying thank you. Be mindful of negative post, people think paying $10 for a plate of food gives them the right to be treated like its the Biltmore. Those same people also have smart phones and a voice on Google.
If your family includes a handicapped person the handicap parking is positioned perfectly to allow for easy access with van doors and wheelchairs, the positioning of chairs and tables also means you're able to navigate a chair or other medical devices through out the restaurant without disturbing customers. The bathrooms are also large enough to accommodate people with special needs.

Read moreI came in and ordered a chicken club sandwich. The managers have always let me purchase a second patty for $1. This time, they said they couldn't do that. It's weird to be inconsistent when you have a repeat customer.
Thankfully, I didn't get a second patty because the meat was gristle, like in texture. Like they quickly thawed the chicken patty.
Food has always been great, I used to come here weekly. But this visit was just not good. I have not been back since.
I suppose if they hadn't made me feel uncomfortable about the whole second patty thing. I would have complained to them about the quality of my single patty.
Maybe they would have made it right? Idk
But I ran restraunts for many years and when a customer comes in all the time. You just let them buy food. They could have charged me more for the second patty. But to just say no seemed silly.

I don't underatand what happened but went there today and it took far too long to get a single order of chicken fingers. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in about 10 mins. I got there and had to wait 30 mins for a single order of chicken fingers. It wasnt even that busy compared to other times I've gone.
