Went in days before my daughter's 25th birthday. All she wanted was Nothing Bundt Cakes for her party. I proceeded to order the 12 Bundtinis pack,, SPECIAL ORDER as they say on there website site. I wanted 3 chocolate chocolate chip, 3 red velvet, 3 white chocolate raspberry. And then 3 more chocolate chocolate chip =12 along with the tiny birthday hats for each.Then I ordered a Bundtlet for my daughter and a edible candle to go on it.. Picking up my order same person who took it days ago. Gives me a box of MIXED Bundtinis every flavor they make like PRE- MADE in the back refrigerator, so they didn't even bother to make my order they opened the refrigerator and grabbed a variety pack threw the tiny hats on it and gave it to me taped closed. NO Bundtlet for the birthday girl no candle, that I already paid ALOT for! Thank goodness I picked up the order and no one else bc then my daughter wouldn't have had a cake :( I had to go back in and ask where my order was. Never mind when we finally got to open the box and serve her guests to find a variety pack not what her friends put on there return invitation! We couldn't serve them bc some have food allergies. Read moreI generally do POSITIVE reviews and always contact the business directly, prior to placing a negative review. I ordered desserts for pick up at 12 pm on Christmas Eve. I arrived right before 12 to a packed store of customers waiting. The employee at the door was holding an ipad and asked me my name. I told her and she said you will need to return at 2 pm. I told her i would come back. What I do not understand is why in this day and age of them having ALL my contact info why someone did not text me or call me or email me! While I was there only one person received a box. I returned at 2 pm and the woman told me I had to wait 20 more minutes. The desserts came out VERY SLOWLY and everyone was frustrated. I asked her if the manager had considered comping all of our desserts or providing a gift certificate for our next visit to attempt to make up for us losing hours of our Christmas Eve and driving twice for an order? She said yes they are planning on doing something. I took the time when I returned home to email the store. To date I have received nothing, no call, no email, no apology. This is such a missed opportunity for them to have stepped up and wowed everyone there. They certainly do not value their customers time. So...
Read moreThe cake is good. That’s why I’m giving the one star. Everything else should be zero. This is the first time in this store. We purchased a cake and asked for a fork.. btw if you go in bring your own forks or be prepared to eat with your hands. We politely asked for a fork and was rudely told that they don’t have forks because they’re not a restaurant, Kelly then goes on to explain very rudely why she doesn’t have forks because she’s not a restaurant and if she provides forks then she will be taxed differently etc, etc,... every question that we asked was just met with hostility and attitude. You can have a good product but when you’re not friendly and come across like Kelly does it will affect your business. Now, instead of telling all my friends how wonderful this store is and how I highly recommend well needless to say that’s not gonna happen now. Thank you Karen....
