I really wanted it to be good, but I have to say the cook came out to take my order and seemed as though he was bothered by having to take my order or answer any questions but I figured everyone has a bad day here and there and continued to place my order. I love minestrone soup and ask him if there was pasta in it and he says he thinks so, no worries so I ordered a few soups and wings and requested that they not be overly cooked (bc if you know wings- cook them too long they'll be really dry). I also ordered cheese Garlic bread. I pd and asked how long he said about 20mins so I went and waited in my car. After almost 30mins I went back and my food still wasnt ready-by this time the owner was there and from the back said it would be a few more minutes. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant and I think maybe 1 customer went in to grab food while i was waiting. Wasn't sure why it was taking so long since they weren't busy at all. But the owner was very friendly so I waited. After another 10+ mins went by finally the cook came out with my order and didn't bother to include any napkins or plasticware and not so much as a thank you just grunted and handed it to me. Everything seemed to be in order. Unfortunately, when I got home and we went to eat the soup was like a mixture of a little bit of overcooked pasta and then undercooked crunchy vegetables which was really awful like they had been frozen uncooked and then thrown in at the last minute. It was really bad. The wings somehow had parts of undercooked skin and overcooked skin. Hard as a rock and rubbery. The only thing that was worth eating was the cheese garlic bread. It was really good and I'd definitely eat that again...but unfortunately it's a big NO for us. Between the grumpy cook and the over/undercooked food (like it's hard to mess up minestrone soup- unless youre not using fresh veggies and instead frozen raw ones then yeah you mess it up...but wow, how do you not know what you're serving...
Read moreGoing out my way to write this review… never have given any establishment a bad review before in my life but I would absolutely recommend avoiding this place. Not because the food is the worst I’ve ever had (although very mid) but because this place will absolutely scam you for extra $. I placed a pick up order and referenced the menu I found online for a plain cheese pizza $13.99, mozzarella stick $7.95, small caesar salad $7.95 and half dozen garlic knots $5.99. Something told me to ask for price before call ended but they just hung up as if they didn’t hear me (red flag 1) based on my math we’re at $35.88 so I go pick up the food and hear $43 (red flag 2) my first thought “ok maybe I was looking at an old menu online” no big deal I pay for the food. As I’m leaving I feel the urge to grab a menu as I didn’t see one attached to the box per norm (red flag 3). When I get home I go through the menu while eating and see that the prices I referenced online were in fact still the same thus confirming that I was overcharged. I’m leaving this rating to warn ppl that this is what they think of the customers who support their business that we are oblivious. Do not let the 4.5 rating fool ya I dug through the reviews prior to writing this and I’m not the 1st person this has happened to and I guarantee I won’t be the last. Do not support...
Read moreI didn't receive the $24.00 dollar pizza ordered and paid for. (not including the tip for delivery.) Total paid for pizza, $26.00. TOTAL RIP OFF,STAY AWAY I ordered a large pie with triple cheese and mushroom on the entire pie, add green peppers, peperoni and black olive on one side. When I received the pizza, there was clearly very Little cheese on the pizza, eventhough I paid a small fortune for triple cheese. When I called to complain about what i received, the Paisano's Manager told me that he checked with the pizza maker and I received what I ordered. I questioned his decision and he told me again that i received what I ordered. Clearly this pizza parlor takes advantage of its customers when the opportunity...
