Wasn't thrilled at all. Ordered a Torta with no jalapenos and still had jalapenos. Tried removing the jalapenos from the first half of it, however still overpowering taste of jalapenos. Politely bought the sandwhich up to the counter to have a new one re-done. The co-workers discussed it in spanish in front of me after my request and decided to just to remove jalapenos. So they gave me sandwhich my torta back with jalapenos removed. Tried to eat torta again maybe with all removed different result. However same outcome went to them finally one last time and explained that I am allergic so unfortunately would not work for me if they could have it remade. Again coworkers discussing in spanish about my order and what to do with me. Admitting it was there fault that it was written on the order no jalapenos but they messed it up. Unfortunately highly upsetting when speaking about me in my face in spanish. I'm assuming they didn't know I spoke spanish. However no a fan of poor customer service as well as not speaking english, assuming I would not be able to understand I find very unprofessional. It was really nice moving from up north where there's a ton of Hispanics and we have lots of supermarkets, and finding this place.. it was really disappointing that while they did sell the large packs of sazon, which was great I hate paying $3 for the small ones at stores here, they didn't really have much Goya products.. I mean they didn't even sell the empanada patties .. which was the main reason we wanted to find a Hispanic place in the area. We just buy our platanos and beans from the commissary, commissary is also the only place that sells Pernil (pork shoulder)..
