Recently, a friend and I visited this Panera location to grab something to eat and drink and also work on some assignments. The food was great, though the drinks were disappointing. However, that is not the reason we are leaving such a negative review today. We want to comment on how uncomfortable we felt inside the establishment due to the manager's behavior. The first issue arose when my friend decided to lay his head down on the table for a moment before beginning our assignments. She came to our table and spoke loudly, insisting he be awoken. She stated that he could not sleep within the establishment due to fears that he would be ill or unwell. she explained she would feel forced to call the police or other emergency services if he continued, which we didn't fully understand but complied with. Later, while we were conducting our work, she returned, but did not speak to us; instead, she just observed from around the corners. Then, she did something that made us want to leave the establishment immediately. She took chairs and tables and used them to block our exits from the nook we were sitting in. She offered no explanation when we and another table in the same area gave her weird looks. Though the tables and chairs could easily be moved out of the way, the fact that they had been moved to block our only exits made us feel really uneasy. Our experience at this establishment in the past has always been good, but after today, we're sure we won't return as we do not want to feel this feeling of being unwelcome again. We'll find another place to do our work...
Read moreRude RACIST older blonde hair blue eyed white management treated me less than human by her response and demeanor when I asked for a simple, miniscular condiment that she pretended she couldn't give me though I received it plenty of times, no issue whatsoever, but not out of store policy did she attempt to deny me of my request, she out of racial discrimative reasons, just did not want to at first until I JUSTIFIABLY 'guilt tripped' her concerning her illogical prejudice reasoning into giving me a tiny insulting, insufficient amount of the requested condiment. Sickening that the caste system of colonial- America is still ALIVE in FULL EFFECT TODAY in the minds of retarded peons who diminish their qualities as possible good human beings due to discrimative mindsets that should've never been thought of for a nano-second within the confines of a public work place, ESPECIALLY around FOOD. The ill-willed possibilities of one whose filled mentally with hatred is DANGEROUS as is GROTESQUE. If I order a sandwich or soup here will she spit in it or play with my food? There's a need more powerful than being reprimanded. Zero tolerance, GET-HER-OUT-OF-HERE. This isn't the first time at Panera Bread has this gross sickness been presented here so I repeat GET-HER-OUT-OF-HERE, AND any...

We came to this location because it was near by where we were doing errands. We ordered with a cashier, who was less than helpful, no suggestions or even trying to help finding a correct name for a menu item. Next came the delivery to table, or so we thought. They very lightly called out our name while getting drinks, but we weren't sure because it was said low. My boyfriend walks to the front since we had ordered a cafe drink, and asked if they called the name for us. She very rudely, redirected him without assistance. Note: no one walked around to call for the name again, which is normally done when someone doesnt claim the food in a few minutes.
Approximately 10-15 minutes pass before the name is called again.
The order was done half a**ed and old when we got it. The sandwich came out awful, too much sauce and wrong ingredients were added, like pico de gallo which we didnt ask for on anything or no evidence of any dressing on the salad. Needless to say we were not only disappointed but frustrated by the time we got through our meal. We just left, and definitely don't plan on going back to this location. The night crew needs to get it together because that was all just pitiful...
