I started coming to this location about 2-3 times a week for the last two months and the service for the most part is subpar nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about, until yesterday. I'm a student at the school across the street from this location and I get a 15 minute break every day. If I see the cafe is busier than normal at the time I go for my break I won't order cause I know I will not get my food in time. I go into the cafe at 7:55PM and two ladies had finished ordering ahead of me so I mentally note I should be good in time for my break. One of the regular employees that attends me takes my order and all I got was a bagel with cream cheese nothing too huge in time to prepare (or so I thought) the girl lets me know it will be out in the window and to grab my order when its ready. Again it's only me and two other ladies in the cafe, it is completely empty. After 10 minutes I see two plates on the window but not my order, a few moments later a bag is put on the window and the chef rings the bell. I go up to the window and read the ticket and it's my order, I started heading out and another female employee (not the one that attended me) comes from behind the bar and stops me asking me if the bag with the bagel was mine. I told her yes it's a bagel with cream cheese. She then rolls her eyes and tells me I needed to wait for her to give me the bag, I let her know I was sorry and that I was in a hurry I only have a 15 minute break and I had already waited 10 minutes. I walked away and she proceeded to yell at me saying that I had 5 more minutes that I could have waited. This absolutely infuriated me. Not only was I caught off guard by her comment she was very rude how she said it like if I have all the time in the world to wait for her to give me my order. I have been in the restaurant industry for a little over 7 years and managed cafes before and this level of disrespect of employees towards customers is unacceptable. First off having to wait 10 minutes for an overtoasted $6 plain bagel is one thing, then having an employee be rude because I grabbed my order before her is another. I ordered orange juice as I usually do every time I visit crema, the first one was with ice and an insect, so I returned it and asked to have another one without ice. She was very rude and gave me 3/4 portion! I went again and asked them: is this how you usually serve the orange juice? Please fix this and I'm sitting there. She called the manager/supervisor to my table (the rude one), without an apology, without a smile, she just said: what is the problem? I told her I believe it's not right to serve it like that! She said: this is how we serve it. I told her but I've been to different branches never had it like that! She insisted that this is their portion. I said but I never got it like that. Then she said: ok I'll give you full glass but just to let you know this is how we serve it! One of the weirdest responses as there is no single restaurant or cafe in the world would ever serve less than full glass of any juice!!!!!! Extremely unpleasant visit and definitely will never visit this branch again.

Read moreIt might be a nice place to hang, but my first experience and last one at this restaurant for me. The line is huge and no line for Uber take out to pick up, so a line for everything . They are most expensive pancakes ever eaten and they we’re supposed to be ready at 10:31 am and didn’t leave this place with my order until 10:45am . When I got home they were so cold and not worth the price. No to mention the bad experience to pick it up. I asked one lady and she missed my order saying it wasn’t ready. I got there on time and the Uber app was telling me was ready. I decided to get out of line because 3 ladies were behind the counter and no one acknowledged me until I said that was my bag sitting there getting cold. One lady insisted to go back in line and I tried showing her my app said it’s ready and my name to verify but then I was given attitude by another lady assuming she as the manager and told that I needed to wait the line with no ti friendly attitude.
