3rd Review - 2023 -Today Food tasted great! -Service was friendly and very helpful.
2nd Review - 2023 -Food tasted old, was expensive and extremely slow -Comida vieja, cara y lenta
1st Review - 2017 Environment: Semi self serving fast food cafeteria. Prices: are just a little expensive for the type of food (standard contemporary Latin). Food quality: is average, some things are tasty. Unfortunately recipes are inconsistent. Service: is generally friendly, attentive and fast. Cleanliness and apereance: are average nothing fancy. Bottom line: for cheaper you can get similar food. Cane sodas $2 and no refills. $7 for a filled tortilla, arepa, should be cheaper or bigger. Upset: that service do not get tips left by customers. Hope they get at least minimum wage. I'm wondering if the labor department should look in to it. Hope this is not a case of an owner...
Read moreVERY BAD. I went there last week with my family AND a friend of mine and his family (8 of us in all) and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US (including two young children) got VERY SICK with diarrhea and throwing up shortly thereafter. Our symptoms lasted for TWO DAYS! I missed a day of work because of it and the kids missed a day of school! I called restaurant to make them aware because contaminated food is a serious issue and can be fatal! I told the lady that I am only calling to make her aware of the situation. I am not calling to fight for my money back but rather just to make them aware of what had happened! My friend on the other hand called and demanded they return his money. They said they would and to give it 48 hours. He waited the 48 hours only to see that only half of the money he spent there was refunded! I will never go there again because of how...
The attention here is OK but the food is not very good, the empanadas are frozen and then they are fried and how greasy they are is disgusting. For almost 4 dollars minimum they should be done at the time it is ordered. Including the arepas, they are reheated and they cost almost 9 dollars. The prices are absurd for how poor quality the food is. It is a shame to have to come so far looking forward to Venezuelan food and it be greasy, reheated, and disgusting. I like to support Venezuelan businesses but this is not worth it,...
