Place at looks and feels fresh and inviting. Ladies at the front are very professional and very nice. Pastry was delicious; the churro pastry was a bit under cooked but the flavor was great. The Tamarindo drink was delicious. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because we order 2 ham & cheese sandwiches that were burned. Initially the smell of something burned caught my attention and when I look at the sandwich prep area, the cook was scrapping the top of the sandwiches with his knife. When we got the sandwiches we turned them around and these were black. We still tasted it and of course and it tasted like burnt bread. We told the lady that took our order and she told the cook to make new ones. The cook, out of frustration I imagine, made 2 new sandwiches and left them on the press for about 2 minutes. As suspected, the inside of the bread, ham and cheese were very cold. We sent 1 of the sandwiches back but this time they took it the the back of the bakery to fix. I am not sure what they did back there that they could not do in the sandwiches prep area but this was handled very unprofessional...
Read moreOoooo weeeee. My wife and I hadnât eaten out in a hot minute. This was worth the wait. Walked into the bakery and it smelled amazing. Very clean place and the jams were on point. Trying the whole healthy kick has been difficult, especially in the Latinx community, but Sabores did not disappoint. There is an omelette station and my wife and I ordered the omelette with everything. The portion was huge and the taste was out of this world. Nothing like an omelette that has just been freshly made. Delicious. I am usually good about getting peoples names but today I wasnât able to. This is an outstanding place. Very busy at 715am on a Saturday morning. Sabores, gracias por todo. We will definitely be going back soon....

Arepas were overcooked and dry. ChicharrĂłn also over cooked and impossible to eat it was so hard. Eggs were ok.
