Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Just ordered from this Papa John's for the first time since I'm new to the area and am pretty disappointed. I called to see if they deliver to my house and after I was told yes, I asked if I could place an order. He then said it will be an hour and a half until my order will be delivered, the way he said it was as if he was trying to not have me get delivery but I told him I still want to place an order for delivery. He sighed, I placed my order, gave my card number and the guy tells me it's declined. I told him that I just used my card today and that there's no way it's declined and asked him to run it again. He tells me with an attitude that he will run it one more time and if it's declined he will unfortunately need to switch to another form of payment. The card goes through and he instantly changed the way he was speaking to me and said he must have typed in a wrong number. I felt it was unnecessary for him to treat me the way he did, they need to work on their customer service. Update: delivery only took 45 minutes but they...

I ordered a pizza from the Papa John's app on my phone. Due to some technological issues, I called the store to make sure my order was correct and update my address. After this, the driver called and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to be driving as far as he was to deliver my pizza. I told him on the phone that I called the store to update my address, and told him the address while on the phone with him. When he got here, he was extremely rude to me and made sure to let it be known that he didn't have the correct address for the second time. I calmly explained to him that I called the store before he delivered the pizza and let them know I needed to update my address, and the app crashed and I wasn't sure if it actually went through. He acted as if it was a huge problem to have to deliver my pizza to me and my coworkers. He probably shouldn't deliver pizzas if he has an issue with unexpected changes. Will be ordering my pizzas online elsewhere...

Terrible representation of the brand (or of any brand for that matter). I pulled up to pick up my food about 45 minutes before closing, just to walk in to the guy behinnd the counter cursing up a storm and it looked like it was because we pushed up. I dont know what his deal was but he was honestly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a pizza shop- so much so that I left without even picking up my pizza (because I am afraid what he was even going to do to our food). I know everyone has a bad day every now and then but there is no reason to take it out on me or my pizza. Super rude and he shaked his head when we pulled up.
