Ordered on the phone for a delivery order with a $2 fee. I ordered the family meal that was $39.99 and was told my order would be ready in 50-55 minutes. An hour passed and nothing so I called them again and was told it would only be 10 minutes. 30 minutes after that and no order yet. My third call they told me the driver had left and would be there shortly. I finally received my order after almost 2 hours. Portion sizes were great and could honestly be enough for 5-6 people easily. It included jumbo rice and it lasted us for leftovers as well. Chicken and meat...

I thought it was me. But for the last 3 orders, they take longer and fall short of delivering decent food and not to mention the delivery time. Average is over 1 hour , and when I called after waiting for their ETA( 10 minutes after eta ) . They always said, food will be there in 5 minutes. Of course, no five minutes nothing.
