I'm changing my review because of the poor service I have received. They didnt want to help me because they felt like i didnt want to speak Spanish and no one in the front understood my request. I do not speak spanish!
They refused to help me or even get some to help me. They didnt even try. I voiced my concerns and demanded them to get a manager involved. They refused and I said call someone to help me.
When they realized they messed with the wrong person. I was talking to the owner (who was cordial) but ultimately ineffective the lady behind the counter started to video record me and speak to other customers in English.
A real disgusting way to treat people. I waited 2 days before updating my review because a request to talk to the manager when i was less heated. Which was promised but never made.
It's sad when anyone discriminates against you for what ever negative perception one has. It's worse when leadership condones that behavior.
Unfortunately my favorite dish is here. But that wont change and ibwont go back.... this is how you lose customers
This is one of the best la granja around. They service is quick and efficient. The food tastes excellent and cooked to order. The service is great. Its comfortable and the proce range is great. Read moreJust left the restaurant and our disappointment was over the top. Ordered 4 meals and one was ready within 10 minutes however my wife finished her food while still waiting 4 the other 3. After 20 minutes the food finally was ready my son’s chicken sandwich was overcooked ( see picture)amazingly the manager was having lunch on a table next to us ( maybe her B-day cake and all on the table) which is totally unprofessional and unethical. Her response to our complaints was that it was their policy to serve food as it’s ready and that we need to let them know if we wanted the food ready at the same time..really??? After talking to her she stated the sandwich was cooked like that because of the breading on it and that people like it like that. You judge for yourself. She refunded us the sandwich and offered a free dessert to my son shortly thereafter, in a dismissal attitude carried on to talk and laugh with the staff ???without any concern whatsoever. Use to go there often and never again . Please save the aggravation. I managed a F&B establishments in the past and know much better…her position as a manager was that somehow it was our fault which is appalling …. clearly shows how’s this place is being run. You cant beat. I specifically want to compliment the Kendall location on there as always amazing customer service. But this specific employee Leyanis. Leyanis and all other employees always greet me with a smile and this time I walked in today with an injured arm with a sleeve on my arm. Leyanis quickly came to assist to help me carry out my pick up order to my car. Now that is just amazing food service but amazing customer service. They deserve a 10 Star Review. La Granja on West Kendall please make sure to recognize this employee on her amazing customer service and smile she gives to all her customers. Good employees are hard to find.
