I’m tired of coming here and being treated as if I am a fly on the wall. I work full-time customer service over the phone where I cannot even communicate directly with the customer and make it my priority to resolve a customers issue and give them the best service I can every time I come here I am being treated as if I do not spend my well earned money here I am talking to in a unprofessional manner and I do not like the service anymore from here on out I will not recommend pepos café to anyone this is my local Hispanic food place and now I refuse to ever step foot here again I hate your service and I hate the 2 UNEDUCATED UNPROFESSIONAL women you have at the front who rather LET A COSTUMER WALK OUT than to assist in a PROFESSIONAL fashion. If you have a choice do not eat here because they treat you poorly the foods sits for hours and you still can’t be helped in anything less than 15 minutes. I myself am a Hispanic citizen but MAYBE you should consider hiring PROFESSIONALS rather than these woman who don’t acknowledge who comes...
Read moreGreat food, customer service is garbage. Instead of taking care of clients they’re more worried about a door when they have a long line. You always have 1 or 2 employees BSing instead of working the long line. This place loses so much business because of people walking out all the time, I’ve walked out twice. Manager or owner, if you see this you need to train your workers better and how to work as a team, you know how much money walks out of this place? Also, that blond lady that thinks she is the last coke in the desert needs a wake up call. Not friendly at all is always all over the place instead of helping the poor girl making food on her own and having conversations with people instead of tending to the line. This is not from just one visit but every time I go. I am tired of having to repeat my order to this blond, it’s like she’s not...

Very nice ladies working, and all seemed to know what they were doing. It was a very welcoming experience and luckily I didn’t encounter any of the things low reviews warned about (((soupy beans, undercooked rice, dry pork, etc)))
I’ll definitely be back (once my...
