Perry's BBQ and Grill — Restaurant in Florida

I work within a few miles of the mall so the food court has been an option for lunch. For about the last 2 years, I've frequented this location and often order the spicy bourbon chicken. None of the other 3 Asian food options have the spicy bourbon. I visit 3-4 times a month for lunch and today I was met with something new and unexpected. I always ask for soy sauce because i like to put a good amount on my fried rice and i use it for eggs rolls when I order. Today I got the egg roll as well. After I paid for my food, she handed over the bag, i looked in it and saw 2 soy sauce packets. I asked for more and she responded with, "Only 3 per box". I was caught off guard because, for almost 2 years, not one time has anyone said that to me. The food that I enjoy isn't consistent, sometimes its better than others. I explained that i frequented often and this was a first, she continued to push back. So here i am, here is your review for the keeper of the soy sauce. PS.... maybe offer to sell 30 extra for $0.50, i dont mind paying extra for sauce, i get it, many places do.... but it wasnt even an option....

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I would try to come here twice a month. I was having a really tough day today and decided to get some lunch. I ordered the three meat combo, excited for my meal I went to check out. The supposed $12 meal rang up as $19.76?? I asked politely, and they started to yell. Apparently I got charged for an extra meat for the side? This made no sense. I politely tried to talk with this man, but made no progress. As a student, seven dollars is a mass amount. I am not sure if this is a sort of scam or some weird thing they are doing? I have read a few other reviews pertaining to this type of situation. But Perry’s needs to hire new workers. These people are the face of the company! My calm, patient and absolutely exhausted self does not need to be screamed at over silly matters. Overall, have not had an issue with the food. Perry’s has lost a customer.

Got food from this place today I got the rice and two meat combo. I asked them not to put a lot of rice on my tray because they give too much. So my choice of meat was the bourbon chicken and the spicy bourbon chicken they hardly put any meat on my tray. And the price was $10.74 I demand the cashier to put extra meat on my tray after I paid $10 for my meal. Cashier just put juice on my food instead of extra meat and I’m looking right dead at her as she did it. My daughter paid for her and she got a lot of meat on hers. After I got my refund I went and stood in line at chipotle and watched them put the food that I had just touched right back into the food with the other meats.
