I love, love, love Pete's Place! Pete's was highly recommended by one of my close friends who happens to be a native to Palm Beach County and, I have to say this is the single best breakfast/lunch diner in the area! There's so much to love about Pete's. We can start by talking about how insanely good their food is. A simple breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast is just made better, with quality ingredients and care. They have a very well-rounded menu with something for everyone, and one of my recent addictions is their fried swai and eggs. I was lucky that they had grouper on deck and I was able to swap the swai for grouper, and it was the BEST! Fish was tender and flakey, the batter was seasoned perfectly, almost like a country-fried steak. My wife loves sweet breakfast items and absolutely adores their French toast (get it with fruit and consider their sweet cream cheese - so yummy!) Aside from their food, these people genuinely care about their community. I do some people watching when I'm at Pete's and I notice that everyone, from the front desk/checkout to the servers, the bussers, and even the kitchen staff are super friendly and go out of their way to converse with patrons, forming actual community relationships. Pete's Place adds even more charm with their sale of various kitchen knick knack items and even a bit of jewelry. I've been coming to Pete's for a few months and although there are a few other really good breakfast and diner experiences in the area, none are even close to Pete's. My honest feedback to the staff and ownership of Pete's Place is to keep doing what you are doing, it is clearly working! 11 out of 10, easiest score I've ever given.

This is THE breakfast diner to go to if you live in or are visiting the area! Pete's Place gives you that classic, comforting, "home-y" vibe that feels great, and the staff are amazing as well. Everyone is friendly, polite, and genuinely build relationships with their regulars. But more importantly, the food is just so damn good, and consistently good every time my wife and I go! Right now they have a "Country Benedict" special that is just to die for, and their classic "Rise and Shine" is a delicious staple. As a transplant from the North, I am super appreciative that one of my friends (local of the area) gave me the recommendation to come here. Pete's Place is now my favorite breakfast spot!

We love a good breakfast spot and have to day we enjoyed Pete's. We got there early on a Sunday before the church crowd and glad we did as when we were leaving it was getting a bit crowded with a wait. I had one of the freshest omelette's I've had in the longest. The coffee was strong and my cup was never empty. The highlight though was the chicken and biscuit with sausage gravy breakfast. The chicken was seasoned, fried fresh and with the gravy hit all the right notes On the way out we grabbed a few of the freshly baked muffins the size of our large hands, filled with blueberries. If you love breakfast this a great spot with fast, and friendly service.

Let me just say this, the food is amazing. The stuffed pig breakfast is unreal good. The sausage patties for breakfast are so good. With that being said my 2 star rating is because of the staff, or better yet, the friend of the owner, who must be a manager of some kind. The first day eating here our server was awesome. I can't remember her name but she was amazing and you could tell she loved her job and had worked in the restaurant business for a while. She recommended breakfast items to us and was so polite and sweet. Now for the down side. We were told to sit anywhere upon entering, the first day there was no issue with 2 people sitting at a 5 person table. It was 6am rhe restaurant was not full at all. 2nd day same thing, we were told to sit anywhere, and so we sat at the same table again. We didn't realize that it was an issue, we again enjoyed the food, we didn't have the same server as the day before and it was very clear our server wasn't on top of things. The friend of the owner was there and she seemed nice, we were somewhat hurried out of the place by her. Day 3, yes 3 days in a row, the food is that good. This time the so called manager, says sit anywhere as long as it's not a big table, since we have been there before we know the rules now and 2 people sitting at 5 person table isn't allowed. Her attitude killed the whole experience. I don't know her name and I should have gotten it, but she was very rude with her pointing out that we were sitting at a 5 person table for 2 people. As we sat there we heard her saying a similar comment to another gentleman who came on after us, he had 2 people joining him that he was waiting for. She made a comment again to us about how guys just like the big tables but it'd not ok to sit 2 people at a big table. Now mind you I have been a chef for almost 20 years. I have ran restaurants, and country clubs, and I have never openly made a comment over a table to a customer before. Then made more comments afterwards. Joking or not it was very rude and to not know a person and speak to them in such a way is uncalled for. I also noticed that this manager seemed to make the servers uncomfortable, seemed like more things were wrong or they were on edge. No matter what the reason, it's never a wise idea to make such comments to a customer. And the service on the last day showed. Our server took our order and we never once seen her come back to our table again. Upon leaving there was a comment made again about sitting at a big table for 2 people. All in all the food is great, the service sucked horribly. Pete's place has great food no doubt about it, but the so called manager ruined the experience...

I want to start of by saying the food was good. However; the customer service was horrible! It was my first visit to this place to try out their food since I'm a local. As I was walking in, this blonde lady was walking out. I did not see her because they have tented doors with postings on it. I said excuse me and stepped to the side to allow her to come out. She looked at me with this horrible mug on her face and said nothing. In my mind, I said to myself that this is a very rude person. A minute later I found out she's the hostess/cashier. She walks back in and say are you ordering or picking up. I said its a pickup for Mike. As she approached me, I noticed it was an orange beverage in the cup (im assuming its orange juice).... the person who ordered for me ordered orange juice but I'm allergic and I thought they changed my order. As she was approaching I asked what is that as I point to the cup. She said uhhh its a drink. Idk if she was playing or not but after my encounter with her at the door, I wasn't in a joking mood. I said I know its a drink but what kind of drink it is... then I said if It's orange juice I would like to switch it out because im allergic, the person who ordered for me did not know but I thought she changed the drink. She then looked at my like I had 5 heads then after about 4 seconds she said well what would you like. I told her fruit punch or a diet coke. She walked the drink over to this taller lady and said he wants to change this for a diet coke. Then that lady looked at the blonde lady like she had 5 heads and said well that will be $2 dollars and whatever change she said. The blonde lady then whispered to her, no its fine blah blah blah... I couldn't hear the rest. Basically it was bad customer service from the time I was stepping through the door until the...

I worked At Pete’s Place Coral Springs (ran by the same people) I’m sure some of you regulars know me….. the customers (unfortunately) cared WAY more about us than pete ever will or ever has. We received not even ONE DAY NOTICE of Pete’s Place Coral Springs closing. He texted us late night on SUNDAY saying that that day was our last due to “unforeseen circumstances”. He said that the rent was raised and he couldn’t afford it. This is not something that is just out of the blue and something u find out about right away. Pete was having us use the food in the back of the fridge he was having us clear out things LITTLE DOD WE KNOW the reason behind all of that. He OF COURSE knew about this or at least had a thought about this for a long time and if he cared for us he would have told us to look for something else. YOU HAVE 4 employees and you can’t let us know in advance about NOT WORKING. We barely made enough money to live yet we are working FULL time for this man’s business every single day for him and he has no respect for us. Not even an extra dollar of severance pay since there was NO NOTICE of lay off. No notice what so ever and no money to compensate for the weeks of no pay the weeks of work we are all out of now. one of our coworkers calls him to see if he’s okay, he is perfectly fine , amazing actually because he is going to Tennessee in 2 weeks…. A planned trip to another state not a single care for his employees who have worked for him for years. Boycott Pete’s Place forever. This man is an AWFUL human being and I dont Understand how u can be such a family man but not have care for CHILdren Working under him. It’s very sad. If anyone want to send me some severance pay pete couldn’t...
