Before you send your dog here, I strongly encourage you to watch the live feed for a while. I watched after I dropped my dog off, and it was so terrible, I couldn't stop watching and had to leave work early. There was a lot wrong but some of the highlights include: 1) this is basically just a room with a bunch of dogs behind a crate. There is no outside play area. The staff just comes in and takes three dogs out at a time, per staff member. 2) there was almost no supervision of the dogs. Both staff members went out and walked dogs at the same time, leaving your pup with the other dogs unattended for long periods of time. I saw a small dog get its head caught in the crate several times and no one came to help it. I started to call them so they could save the dog, but he wiggled free. He kept sicking his head in, trying to pry the crate open. No one even came over. 3) the one male staff member was more aggressive with the dogs than I think is appropriate. I saw him kick a white dog and pull my dog so hard she flew into the wall. I get that it is prob frustrating to deal with all the dogs, but when I saw it, I was shocked. 4) the morning female staff member picked up after the dogs, but the afternoon staff did not. Around 3:45 pm I notice the floor had multiple piles of poop. I probably got there to get my dog at 5, I kept watching the live feed when he went to get her, still poop everywhere. For a few extra dollars, take your dog to a...

Had canceled my reservation at the vet after touring the facility, and determined my pets would be stressed there and would not have an atmosphere that I wanted for them. Especially since they are going to be there for two weeks. I stopped in at “All Dogs Rock”, spoke to the owner Judi, who by the way is wonderful. A groomer, looking for more. I arranged to drop my two dogs off for a 2 hour visit on a Saturday, which went well. They provide a real home environment. Recliner chairs, sofas, carpets and tv. They walk the dogs every couple of hours. I had no qualms about leaving them. Judi sent me photos every day. I could call. My dogs were obviously glad when I came home, but had made new friends of both the human and animal kind. Will definitely leave them here again next summer, and am considering doing 1 Saturday a month for 2 hours to give them something to do. Would recommend them to anyone looking for daycare or boarding. Thanks Judi and staff for providing the kind of place I wanted for my...
Read moreMy first time experience in visiting All Dogs Rock. I was a referral Called for a pricing I was quoted $35.00 to grooming my dog, I made appointment. arrived 10m min early, They told me that I didn't have appointment, When I came to back to pick up my dog, There's a sign on the door to ring the bell. I rang the bell three times with receptionist five foot away from me, Kept in mine the store front is all glass. the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge the bell ringing. So I tapped on the door to get her attention, She came to the door to let me in seeming upset with me. Telling me the door was open.
When the receptionist asked me pay $75.00 double I was quoted. I told her I was quoted $35.00 she became rude! like I was lying to her. So I apologized to the groomer BTY she was a sweetheart of a person I gave her a tip less than I liked of given her.
After talking to the lady who referred me the receptionist was the owner!
The only reason I gave this business a three star was the other people were a pleasure to work with. But it's clear to me the owners I wouldn't trust to anymore...
