On Tuesday, May 4th, 2021at approximately 8:10am. I go through the Burger King drive thru (6903 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411) and I am talking into the speaker with no response. I waited a minute or two because sometimes I know the speaker box might be broken but nothing happened (no response from an employee). So I then drive up to my the first window and I can see a woman washing dishes, naturally I drive up to the second window. In the second window I see two females talking by the inside registers. I stopped at the second window waiting for one of the females to acknowledge me. Few minutes go by and the two females continue to talk, while other cars continue to form behind me. Finally the female that had her back facing towards goes underneath the inside register and grabs several packages of ketchup and put them by the register that is close to the drive thru window and she makes eye contact with me but still not acknowledge me and continue talking to the other employee. This happens a second time with grabbing the packages of ketchup and making eye contact. Still doesn’t acknowledge me for a second time. So I honk the horn to get either one of the females attention. It took a minute or two for the female to finally turn around and give a motion (put her hand by her neck and moving from left to right) by her neck like as cutting or dead. I look at her like what does that mean, are you closed? Are you not serving food? Are short employees? Did your delivery truck not come in? The female employee could not even bother coming to the window with an explanation. Especially when you clearly see the hours of operation for the drive thru posted on the window which stated drive thru open at 6:00am. Really disappointed on the customer service that will not be going to that Burger King for that matter any Burger King anymore. Just think she probably did the same thing the drivers that were behind me patiently waiting....
Read moreIt's the worst location I've ever been to. Sadly, it's the closest to our house. They are always out of things, machines broken, no cups, no cheesy tots for weeks, no change in the drawer if you try to pay with cash. It's a mess. If you have to wait, they ask you to pull back and pull up to the window again to hide their slow service. And if there is a line, they have you wait in the parking lot. It's a regular thing. I've waited well over 15 minutes for 2 items in the recent past. I had to go in and all where my food was. Someone snatched out off the counter where it had been sitting and said, I'm sorry, I forgot. I have contacted the regional manager twice and was only told they are working on it. Whoever owns this location is absentee. They verbally bash the owner and say they make it hard for them to work. It's a combination of that and the employees. All they do is talk and fight in front of the guests. I've witnessed it multiple times. The place should be shut down, reorganized and reopened. I prefer to go an extra 4 miles to the next nearest location. It's just easier with better results. This location is...
Read moreMy favorite BK by far. It's clean, the food is fresh, and the employees are courteous and seem like they enjoy working there. Even the wifi is abnormally fast. For a small fee the soda machine is unlimited, and is a technological touchscreen marvel. Because of it, I know what cherry and lime flavored vanilla rootbeer with a splash of Mellow Yellow tastes like. The manager is a very nice, works hard, and is adept at handling upset customers. And after your meal, be sure to take advantage of the facilitied. Well, I can only tell you about the men's side. After opening the sturdy door and traversing the portly corridor, you have time to think. The bathroom looks like originally it was designed for max occupancy, but when they were installing toilets some genius said, "Stop! Let's put in just ONE!" No joke -I've seen smaller restrooms in stadiums and arenas. It's friggin awesome that you can go there and have a filling meal for under $10, and when your done take half of the restaurants available square footage and lock...
