I went with my wife this Friday afternoon to try the food, our plan was to try first Pisco Express and if it was good consider going to Pisco Gastrobar for Mother's Day. First let me tell you that the location is great, the decoration is beautiful, there are good choices of tableware, tables, chairs, in general the atmosphere is very nice and the music gets you in a good mood. The service of the waitress was pleasant and used the right tone of voice, have to say that she did not offer any suggestions or options, so we started with a pisco sour and a chicha sour, it should be noted that in the menu it says that it is made with wine, so we asked and verified that it was, but well, we decided to try something new (something that looks like Chilean vino sour). It was very watery, not horrible but not good either, it does not represent the traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour. The presentation, let's say I've seen better already here in Orlando. The menu seemed to be interesting and different, sowe decided to try 4 options and then were planning on ordering 2 additional dishes to take home for the kids. We started with the Choros a la Chalaca..... Has it ever happened to you that you are very hungry and everything seems to taste good? well not in this case, at the first choro bite I found it very bitter, with a strong onion taste and not seasoned properly, we looked at each other and kept going with the second choro but was the same. Second in the list, was the Piscotenos, after the tasteless Choros a la Chalaca we were hoping for something to change our decayed enthusiasm, hopping for a change, the tequenos has definitely not a bit of Peruvian style, taste or shape, and were a little burned due to the excess of cheese outside, it came with Huancaina sauce , but I have never in my all my years tasted a Huancaina sauce so bad, with chopped onions and other unfamiliar ingredients, that I had to asked for ketchup, mayonnaise or any spicy sauce to make it eatable. Third on the list was the Papa Rellena de Lomo Saltado, we couldn't eat half of it between both of us, the potatoes tasted like a boxed mash potatoes, was extremely soggy and tasteless, it had too much cheese and the lomo on top was very greasy, it was that bad that I had to ask for water so I could refresh my taste and try the fourth dish. And fourth dish to end our day was the Pollo Saltado, the rice tasted too much of onions and sticky, chicken was not seasoned with salt and pepper before frying it, the French Fries were unsalted, the onions and tomatoes were good, nice crunch. At that point we decided not to order anything else to take home ( I wouldn't give this to my kids) and asked for the check. As important as it is for me to promote and recommend Peruvian events and restaurants not only with my community, but with friends, work colleagues or anyone, is it important to have a good product. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was good and has a lot of potential. Hopefully they take these comments and ratings into consideration, as we as customers hope for a change and the success of a Peruvian Business, but to change you have to realize there is a problem, never asked friends for their opinions, ask the hard core people to do so, a new restaurant on a premium location is always something nice and but we've seen hundreds of those and know the ending story. As you can imagine I went somewhere else to grab food for my kids. And after the Choros a la Chalaca I just stopped...

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pisco Express, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness and attentiveness made the evening extra special. The ambiance is lively and inviting, capturing the essence of Peru beautifully.

We ordered the Lomo Saltado, and it was simply amazing. The dish was bursting with flavor—tender strips of beef, perfectly sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and spices, all served with a side of crisp fries. You could taste the authenticity in every bite, and it felt like the chef put a lot of care into bringing the best of Peruvian flavors to life. It’s honestly one of the best Lomo Saltado dishes we’ve ever had!

The service was another highlight. Our server made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal. They went out of their way to explain dishes and make recommendations, showing real knowledge and passion for the cuisine. The cost was very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and service we received—it was worth every penny.

Thank you, Pisco Express, for such a memorable evening. We had a fantastic time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re craving Peruvian food and want an all-around great dining experience, this place is...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were more than happy to guide me through the menu.

One of the highlights of the meal was the soup, which was bursting with flavor and had the perfect level of spiciness. It was clear that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into crafting this dish, and it certainly paid off.

The fried rice was also outstanding. It had a wonderful mix of textures and flavors, and the seasoning was spot on. I especially loved the tender chunks of chicken that were mixed throughout.

The salad was a refreshing contrast to the heartier dishes, and it was clear that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The dressing was light and tangy, and it complemented the salad perfectly.

To top it all off, I enjoyed a cold beer with my meal, which was the perfect accompaniment to the flavorful dishes.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Peruvian restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dining experience. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! Kudos to our amazing...

A Taste of Peru: Exquisite Fish Dish Delights!" From the moment I entered this charming Peruvian restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the menu offered an impressive variety of authentic dishes. Among them, the Pargo a lo macho caught my eye. Upon the dish's arrival, the presentation alone was a feast for the senses. The vibrant colors and enticing aroma of fresh ingredients made my mouth water in anticipation. As I took my first bite, I was met with the perfect balance of flavors and textures – tender fish, zesty citrus notes, and the subtle heat of Peruvian spices all came together harmoniously. The portion size was generous, and every bite was as delightful as the first. The attention to detail in preparing this fish dish was evident, and it truly showcased the culinary skills of the chef. To top it off, the service was attentive and friendly, ensuring my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend Pisco Express to anyone seeking a taste of Peru's exquisite cuisine, particularly the outstanding Pargo a lo macho I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!
