Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

WORST PIZZA HUT IN ALL OF MIAMI. I went today to use a credit I had for an order they had ALREADY MESSED UP previously and since I called and didn’t specify that I wanted to use the $5 medium pizza discount online (which the manager in a very disrespectful way said is “online only” and I went back in to show them that it does not say that anywhere) I had to pay full price for them. So very convenient for them that if you don’t say you want to pay full price as if anybody does then you can’t get the discount. After haggling with the employee and the manager they refused to understand me and in a very condenscending manner basically kept laughing in my face saying “well you didn’t ask for the discount so... we can’t just offer it to everybody that calls”. And the best part was that when I said to just keep the pizza I didn’t want it they said that they wouldn’t give me back the credit because technically they had already apppied it to this order. It took me leaving and coming back showing them on my phone that in no place does it say online only and making a show for them to say that they would give me back the credit. Unbelievable. As a customer that orders pizza every other week from this place I am dumbfounded at how this Pizza Hut is managed. I have never seen a manager more condescending and disrespectful than this one. I will be taking my business somewhere else forever and someone higher up than that manager will be...

When you call or you place an order online for curbside pickup when you get to your order after the email says it's ready you pull up there are no places that says curbside pickup parking you have to call and then you have to explain to the person that on the other end of the phone that doesn't understand English that's what we speak in America couldn't get the order right said it was ready then it said it wasn't ready or we'll bring it out to you or it'll be 5 more minutes they couldn't make up their mind and again could not speak English properly and I had to wait 9 more minutes after arriving after I had to call to get my order brought out to the car last time lousy service and the food nasty! Never ever will I order for this Pizza Hut again sadly disappointed...

Tonight I called after I left work to eat my favorite personal pizza . Tired from work I got here and my pizza was never ordered . The manager instead of doing may be a discount because she never put my order . Just charge me the 8.01 $ . I didn't complain 😌 but how sad it's to see that she has no guest service . Please train her how guest should be treated . You're not doing me a favor at all . I'm paying full price . All it took from her should have been an apology and said I will give a discount or a piece of bread . No hospitality at all . You need to train your management to be more hospitable .
