Party Cake Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

I have been going to Party Cake since they originally open their first bakery over 20 years. I love all their bakery but my go place is Bird and 108th ave. All are very friendly employees and great food but my hats off to Carmen she’s been with them for ever and is the sweetest lady always with a smile and she will go out of her way to give you excellent service. Their pastelitos are freshly made and their sandwiches, cakes and all their food is outstanding. I come from Parkland, Fl at least once a month for their pastelitos....

Service was bad.... Sunday afternoon place was empty waited for someone to come out of the kitchen to take my order, while an employee was sitting down and when I asked for help her response was I’m on break which I completely understand but at least call someone that can help me. I end up going to the restaurant next door where the service was much better. Management needs to trains their employees better costumer...

The food is pretty good, I call upon the owners that Miami has changed is no longer the Cuban community, it's a lot more diverse and frankly I'm really tired of eating only Cuban bread in the morning having no other option available, please start making Italian, French and other varieties that people enjoy so we can no longer be limited to the choices you offer.
