I recently had a TERRIBLE experience at this Pizza Hut that I felt was completely unnecessary and avoidable. My boyfriend and I had ordered pizza online because it was raining and we didn't feel like driving anywhere. But when I submitted the order, it said that it would take about an hour and 45 minutes for our pizza to be delivered. Of course we thought this was ridiculous so we went ahead and called them and got it changed to a carryout order at which point they told us it would take about 30 minutes. We actually went to the store after about 45 minutes rather than 30, and we were met with a crew who appeared to be aggravated and worked up; not communicating with each other. When the young lady at the front could not find our order, she asked another young lady in the back who chose to ignore her. The young lady in the front then went to the back, and after a little while, a flustered young man came to the front and proceeded to explain to us that the store had run out of dough about 30 minutes ago and no one was working prep so it would take another 30 minutes for more dough to thaw, and then another 30 to bake...It is so FRUSTRATING to know that for those 45 minutes that we sat at home waiting to head out of the store, they KNEW that they were out of ready dough and at no point in time did they think to themselves "Maybe we should give those customers, who are expecting their food in 30 minutes, a call and let them know it'll actually take almost 2 hours..." But no, we did not receive any call. And we drove out there 45 minutes later to leave empty-handed and angry. PLEASE get it together. I understand that things were busy/hectic and it was hard to plan ahead. But, REMEMBER the customer who is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis took place on 03/30/2022. I attempted to order a pizza from this location. They informed that it would take 30 minutes. An hour later I called back, trying to find out if there was a reason for why my pizza was late. I was informed that the wrong address was put into their system. I rectified the mistake and then asked if they could provide me with a discount in order to compensate me for the mistake. They proceeded to inform me that they would be able to provide me with a free desert for my trouble. After they put me on hold in order to accommodate me they informed me that they would not be able to go through with this free desert. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that she could not come to the phone. I requested the name and employee Id of the manager in order to file a complaint. They gave me the information and then told me that they would have the pizza delivered soon. After another hour, I called back. They hung up on me immediately. I tried multiple times to call back and they continued to hang up on me. I then went to the store to get the pizza myself and to speak to a manager. The gentleman that was at the front went to the back and brought a large muscular man with a very rude demeanor and an agressive stance to speak to me. He informed that he was not the manager and I politely asked to speak to the manager, and he told me no and that I was banned from the store. I then called later to try to find out the name of the man who tried make me feel threatend and was verbally told that If I called again, he would "Take care of me". He then proceeded to call me a series of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a pizza from this location online last night. Soon as I submitted my order, I got a page which said to check my order, and call if it wasn't right. When I realized I inadvertently ordered a pan pizza instead of a thin crust, I immediately called them to point out my error. The girl who answered the phone informed me that my pan pizza had already been made. I pointed out to her that I only ordered it about a minute ago. She then stated rather sarcastically that it had been now 4 minutes, and I was getting a pan pizza. I told her, "But I don't WANT a pan pizza, and I'm not paying for one." She then put a manager on the phone. I had to relate the entire account all over again. He said they would make me a thin crust pizza, but unfortunately, the one they had already started would have to be thrown out. WHAT? Why would you say that to a customer? I don't CARE what you have to do, just make my fricking pizza the way I want it. I have a family member who owns over 30 pizza franchises (not Pizza Hut), and I promise you a team member in his company would be fired for treating a customer like that. I've been a long time customer of this location, and Pizza Hut in general, and I'm very, very disappointed. p.s. I tipped the driver $10. I told him the only stipulation was that he tell his boss I'm a food blogger, and I WILL be sending my reviews to his...
