One of the managers'ar this Walgreen's has ,I believe, a personal problem with me and humiliates me every time I am in this store.I am disabled and I fill approximately 5 or more prescriptions every 25 days to 1 month.I am guessing but I would say that fir the 2.5 yrs. that I have been a regular customer, my prescriptions total approx.,$750- $1500 every cycle depending on what is going on.I like to use good products,vitamins,shampoos conditioners and make-up and I spend approx ,$200-$500 per week on hygiene products alone.I am always polite even when I am in extreme pain.I go out of my way to be pleasant only to be humiliated by his trying to hint that I dont always gave a receipt which is untrue in the extreme.I believe that he has a problem with me because an acquaintance of his used to manage this store who is a minister and married.He was always very helpful and attentive and zi believe there was a certain attraction but one of friendship only.zzNiw I am treated like a common thief although when I ask Mr.Blaine what the problem is,,he just repeats his nasty remark of the day. It has happened 100"s of times and I am tired of it and his attitude and unprofessionalism. He is an extremely rude unkind msn,at least to me. I use a cane and it is hard for me to walk and he seems to have a problem with that as well. I am undergoing surgery in spprox.30 days.This drugstore is about q mile from my house.I will be using a walker.I will have to use the drug store but I refuse to use this Walgreens with Blaine and his snide filthy mouth.He saves some choice comments when noone can hear .I have had it up to here with this man. I just spent 2 or more hours picking out approx $800-$900 ,worth of products . When I brought the cart up, I said Bksine I have a few items in my car to return and I'll be right back. He replied that he was only accepting items that I had a receipt for.I said no problem but he would not let it go at that.He kept on making snide comments about me and receipts. I finally said what do you mean by that and he repeated that he was only giving credit for items that had a receipt .zI said that it's quite rare that I do have a receipt for something and he giggled like that was an exaggeration. I said and I got bad news about my cervical spine MRI today and said so but I will get thru it.I was humiliated in front of the entire store.I have always paid for anything I have gotten and spend thousands of dollars at this store.I was tired sire and I just felt like crying because zi have done nothing to him and get along w Ell with everone. What is wrong with him that he has to make me feel belittled in front of s crowd every time that I come in here.I said that I had my receipts and if I didn't then I guess I would be stuck with them.He has no reason for this and I was so embarrassed that zi just said That zi wont ve buying any of thus.I ha D started to ask him once again what the problem was but he kiterallyvturned his back to my face to further the humiliation. Read moreI stopped by because I had a return. Returns are generally done in photo Dept. I walked back there, the manger (Myrna) was at the computer with her back toward me. Being polite a waited for about 3 minutes, then said excuse me. She never turned around. She never said it acknowledged me whatsoever. The guy at register 1 (Steele) asked if he could help me, I told him I had a return without my receipt, he said oh sorry she'll have to help you. I said well I don't think she is cause she has not turned to say anything to me, does she have in earphones or something. He said no she'll be with when she's done. Now Steele and I are speaking loudly to one another because he couldn't leave the register unattended. At this point Myrna still has not acknowledged me in any way. I wait a moment more then head for the door to leave, Steele stops me on my way out and offered to try to help me, unfortunately the system would not allow him to. I thanked him for his great service and explained that I would refuse help from a manger with such poor customer service skills, and would go elsewhere. I had a covid test today at 3:00 p.m. but I had a dental emergency so when I called the dentist he said he could see me at 2:45 p.m. I decided to go to Walgreens a little earlier like I've done several times at several other locations in the past. Well there was no reasoning with any of these people here at the Walgreens including the supervisor. No compassion whatsoever for the fact that I had also booked a mental therapy appointment at 3:00 p.m. I have stage four colorectal cancer so as you can imagine I have many mental issues but did they care? Nope! I showed 28 minutes before my appointment time and they turned me away stating they had other appointments but not one car behind me. I cried and begged them to give me my code with test because it was so important for me to see my therapist but they didn't budge . I will not be coming back to this Walgreens ever again. I won't be able to go to my dental appointment and I will also miss my mental therapy appointment.
