I am leaving this review after endless attempts at giving this store a chance. As a former Publix employee myself, I am shocked that this store runs the way it does - where is the management - especially the deli manager? You all need to retrain your entire staff over there. If you pre-order a sub or something from the deli - it will likely not be ready anywhere near the specified pick-up time, or it will be completely wrong. The pickup station is next to customer service and if you're lucky, they'll ask you if you need any help if you linger long enough. The amount of times that they've had to go check on my order that was already an hour past pickup is countless. I can't be this unlucky every-time I order ahead, so clearly they have an issue with the way their online orders are structured and they've yet to fix it. If you go in person to order something from the deli, chances are there will be one employee working in that station and 4-5 employees working on subs. After about 5 failed attempts ordering ahead, I decided to just order in person a few weeks ago and waited 30 minutes at the deli with only one person ahead of me (who only ordered one thing) meanwhile there was FIVE employees making subs and nearly 15 people who arrived after me who came and went with their subs. Makes sense. Tonight, I ordered meat ahead of time knowing that my husband wouldn't be able to pick it up until an hour after the scheduled time. When he went in, the pickup order wasn't anywhere to be found - scheduled pickup was for 5:45 and he got their at 7PM. Shocker. Finally an employee went to check and found that it was being stored behind the deli....why? And of course instead cutting the 1lb of turkey that I ordered, we were given .26 lbs which at the point my husband didn't even bother to correct and I don't blame him. It looks like whoever was working the deli tonight didn't want to walk all the way to the back to grab a new turkey to finish the job or someone just can't read or they truly don't care. It wasn't a speciality turkey cut so I can guarantee it wasn't out of stock (and if it was, this is another issue with this publix). Aside from the terrible deli management, I have arrived home with expired items so many times - mainly in the cold section (yogurt, sour cream, meat). I watched a Clio yogurt bar pack sit on the shelf expired for 3 weeks before it finally disappeared..I am sure someone bought it and didn't notice. Do your stockers not check these things? Does ANYONE care at this store? It surely doesn't seem like it. This is literally the longest review I've ever left and truthfully it doesn't even begin to cover all of the mishaps I've had at this place. I hope one day shopping here is enjoyable, but until then, I'll drive the extra mile to the...

I’m not sure who’s idea it was to make the sub line like a subway but it doesn’t work out. If the person in front of you is getting every topping available and toasted, expect to wait. There’s constantly a line of subs waiting on other subs. The individual sub stations worked much faster from personal experience. If you want to stop by for a quick sub for lunch don’t even try. The deli section for meats and cheese is a fail too because of how backed up the sub station gets. Even when the sub station is empty, there’s 2 or 3 employees standing around waiting for one sub to be passed down the line so they can do their section of toppings, and pass it along. All while there’s one person slicing deli meats and cheese. Oh and when you order ahead, they’re so slammed with walk in customers, your pre order won’t make it to the pick up fridge so you’ll have to go and ask someone at the inconvenient, swamped deli section to grab it. To make things better, the flower section is so close to the deli counter, if you have a cart, and you’re waiting for sliced meat, there’s room for MAYBE one more person with a cart without blocking the walkway through to the produce section. So not only do you have to wait longer then normal, you feel like you’re just standing in everyones way that is trying to pass by. Doesn’t really make sense especially since it’s right at the front of the store. The whole deli section is a big downgrade...

I usually like going to this Publix, but I went there tonight for their BOGO on Natures Own bread. I grabbed two loafs for the deal, and was rejected at the counter. My cashier, Lindsey, said its only for the 100% whole grain. Of course I had 100% whole wheat. Not sure what the difference is, but then I spent 10 minutes waiting in line after explaining to Lindsey that my loafs had a sign for the BOGO on their row as well as a build your own BOGO sign. After waiting for 10 minutes she refused to amend the deal to my bread after explaining that they were "all out of the 100% whole grain." Instead of receiving the BOGO, which was the main reason I was there tonight, I ended up with lost time and paying full price. Lindsey was a little snarky while finishing up the transaction, as well. I was offered a rain check, but I'm not sure what the difference would have been I they'd just discounted me at the time of purchase. It's not that it was expensive, it's just bread, but I feel it could have been handled better considering they were out of the bread, my bread was by the signs, and it was essentially the same exact bread. Same brand and all, it just wasn't "grain", it...

DON’T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. The deli is always busy, and no employees help expedite the lines. We never know which line we’re in. We got rotten fish from the seafood section and corporate did nothing when I complained. Today my partner came home with a “pub sub”. They made a sandwich with a dry hoagie roll instead of the actual good bread loafs and charged us the same price.

This is the freshest bread that I have ever had. Very yummy. Go to Publix between 7:30 am and 8 am and you will get the most fresh bread. They make it daily and have many varieties of bread. My personal favorite is the five grain Italian bread. I recommend it. They also have a nice whole wheat and a sourdough dough bread. Cheers!

Stopped at this Publix for a take out lunch to bring to our beach apartment. We were in the mood for a nice Rotisserie Chicken, it's always a winner. To our dismay they only had a couple of them and they looked terrible, probably reheated from the day before. For a beach location it was a surprise to say the least.
