Golden Wok — Restaurant in South Bradenton

This restaurant that I’ve been going to for years over charged my card. I went back to them with my receipt as well as my account summary and the manager as well as the cashier who took the order the day before refused to give me my money back. The police were involved and although they agreed with me they couldn’t force them to give me my money back because it’s a civil matter. So if you go there pay with cash because they over charge your cards now. Probably trying to make up for the business they’re not getting. I had one of the worst customer experiences at Golden Wok. I spoke to the manage on the phone and she was very disrespectful with her responses and comes off as only being on the defense. If you have any issues with an order at Golden Wok they will not help to fix the issue yet accuse the customer for wrong doing. I ended up driving my whole order back when I originally only had a issue with one side item. The rest of my entire order was correct and was actually excited to eat it but again with this experience the whole order was returned and i will no longer have any business with this...

Watch out! My house fried rice had all the meat at the top of carton and nothing but rice on the bottom. I specifically told the restaurant to put meat throughout the carton.
