This restaurant that I’ve been going to for years over charged my card. I went back to them with my receipt as well as my account summary and the manager as well as the cashier who took the order the day before refused to give me my money back. The police were involved and although they agreed with me they couldn’t force them to give me my money back because it’s a civil matter. Read moreI had one of the worst customer experiences at Golden Wok. I spoke to the manage on the phone and she was very disrespectful with her responses and comes off as only being on the defense. If you have any issues with an order at Golden Wok they will not help to fix the issue yet accuse the customer for wrong doing.
