If they could be given rated no star that is what it would be. I purchased an inflatable costume for my son to wear to his school event, at 10 years old imagine the disappointment that the costume was not working, the fan did not work properly and therefore did not inflate the costume, the fan was making an awful noise right out the package.

I thought surely they would not stick me for $70 less than 24 hours later from the time of purchase!

I was wrong, they were less than helpful did not even offer an exchange only a sorry about your luck and your son's, and call the number on your receipt, maybe someone there can listen and help.

I called and 2 hours later never was provided any love being on the other end to speak with.

I am not done, I will be filing BBB complaint, and reaching out to customer consumer affairs. I requested to have corporates number and was denied that as well.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO PURCHASE A PIECE OF BUBBLE GUM!

I had purchased 2 costume, one for me and one for my boyfriend, spent $140. We purchased the mobster costumes. Well, I got home about 45 mins later, and tried on the vest/dress and it didn't fit in the chest area (like not even close about a 6 inch gap to get to the button). I am a thick woman but all the shirts and pants that I buy are large (12-14 size). All I wanted was to exchange the costume. I figured since I was there not even 1 1/2 hours, and didn't wear it and have the receipt it shouldn't have been a problem. I was soo wrong, no exchanges!!!! So the employee said well I can give you 20% discount. I just spent $140 that I can't wear and now the set we were going to wear together is ruined!!! So we spent $140 to not go to the Halloween party, upset a bunch of friends, and throw out the costumes.!!! I will NEVER EVER go back and we will tell everyone we know about what happened! Yesterday, I went with my daughters to buy their costumes, but they were too big. Today, I went back to exchange them, and they told me I couldn't because they have a policy regarding exchange dates that isn't even displayed publicly or anywhere in the store. They showed us a sign that was so small it was practically illegible and only faced the staff, so it wasn't visible to the public. I lost my money, and no one is going to give me a refund. I had to buy new costumes for my daughter and myself in the correct size. I think their customer service is terrible.
