I would give them 100 stars if I could. We've been regular customers of Lava Ice since they opened. A little bit about the ice itself - for one thing the wide variety of flavors makes it difficult to decide which one to choose. But never fear, they will let you sample anything you want. Which of course makes it even harder to decide. The varieties of flavors change often and they are always mixing up something brilliant and new. The ice is so fresh and delicious. They really put their hearts into it and you can tell. It's homemade with love. Now what could possibly be better than that? Well they are the nicest people, they treat their customers like friends and family. Really, we love to visit just to say hi and chat with them and grab an ice. Went to Lava Ice tonight with our family and WOW from the minute we walked in the door we were greeting with a kind smile and a nice hello. Offered samples of tons of flavors (they all were magnificent and I am very happy they’re all dairy free) i am terrible with names, but I am assuming was the owner he was so kind and you could tell her genuinely loves and is excited about what he is doing explained all about the flavors and how the soft ice is made which made our experience even more fun. This place is an absolute gem! Every flavor is incredible, but the Biscoff is hands down my favorite—so rich, creamy (without any dairy!), and packed with that perfect cookie butter taste. It’s seriously addicting and I crave it every week!
